 The Shop wants to developed application for making


their system secure and easy to use for the entire
employee. Need for New System
 The important result is to make the work easier, faster
and time consuming.
 Any change in information can be easy done and all
files are automatically updated.

System security and authorization.

 The system is user friendly and anyone having


computer knowledge can handle it easily.
 Searching facility as well as generation of report like
customer, bill, stock and sailing became easy.
EXISTING SYSTEM

 In existing system there will be not any type


facilities which are easy for work in our Shop.
Existing System provider
 The existing System required more time for
processing.
 The process is very slow and lengthy.
 Not any type of security is providing so it may
lost data.
 Difficult search the pervious data.
 More men power is required.
ADVANTAGES OF SYSTEM

o A computerized system makes taking Paint Shop


even easier by shortening the amount of time that
shop is taken.
o It can track specific serial numbers for products
accurately and digitally tallies Paint by any time
increment the business owner or manager
prefers.
o For businesses with manual systems, one
advantage is that whoever is taking Paint has the
opportunity to handle the merchandise, ensuring
that it is not damaged or missing Items.
o Either type of system makes it easy for the
business to reference and document the growth

DISADVANTAGES OF SYSTEM

 Disadvantage to Paint Shop management is that it


requires constant attention, as products continuously
need to be updated, restocked and reordered.
 If a business is running a computerized program, it
carries the risk of someone hacking into the software
or a dishonest employee manipulating outgoing
payments for personal gain.

There are various colors of paints can be maintained through this module.
Colors can update and delete through this module.

The Variety of Paint types can be maintained through this module. we can
update, view and delete through this module.

SMS VERIFICATION

The sms can be send by admin to customer.who are all purchased in nursery
farm there are customer will get the sms by admin.
