Operations Procurement Coordinator
Role:
To support the Operations Procurement Manager in procuring strategic goods and services required for
the business activity available at best terms and conditions (price inclusive) according to the procedures
and legislation in force.
Main Responsibilities:
• To provide for the regular checking and proper breaking down of received requisitions for
services, arranging, in cooperation with the requesting departments, the timing of the relevant
procurement (including possible materials) in accordance with approved company programs;
• To generate a technically adequate list of potential suppliers (if required) and to prepare the
relevant bid documentation ensuring compliance with obligations and procedures in force;
• To perform the commercial evaluation and possible negotiations as to offers received,
formulating the final recommendation, in agreement with the Operations Procurement Manager
and in accordance with the procedures in force, pro the most economically advantageous bid;
• To provide for the consequent formulation of the contract text, ensuring that terms and clauses
are well defined in accordance with company procedures and policies and commercial practice;
• To ensure the timely advice and support to the Requesting Departments in executing and
interpreting, managing and/or formalizing any modification (early termination, contract revision,
breach of contract);
• To ensure Coral FLNG proper reporting on procurement activity;
• To develop Junior Human Resources.

Competencies:
• Knowledgeable and familiar with the international contractual format and corporate governance
and highly complex projects.
• Knowledge of commodity markets and pricing trends, various grades, qualities and varieties of
materials, supplies and equipment.
• Negotiation skills and ability to understand what is negotiable in accordance with the Company's
goals.
• Fluent knowledge of English.

Maputo.
