SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, xxx, of legal age, xxx citizen, and with residence address at xxx, do hereby NAME,
CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT xxx, widower, Filipino, of legal age, and a resident of xxx, as
my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for me, and in my name, place and stead, to do and
perform all or any of the following acts and deeds, to wit:

1. To represent, negotiate, transact, sell my share in the following property:

(i) the “Affected Area” pertaining only to a total area of xxx (xxx sqm ), out of a real
property with a total area of xxx (xxxx) SQUARE METERS, more or less, covered under TCT
No.xxxx, located in xxxx,

The corresponding technical description of the “Affected Area” is, to wit:

METERS, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan

True; date of original survey during xxx and that of the subdivision
survey, executed by xxx, Geodetic Engineer, on xxx & was approved
on xxx”;

hereinafter called the “SUBJECT PROPERTY”), which are the subject of a Deed of Absolute
Sale between the registered owners and the Department of xxx,;

2. To sign and execute for and in my behalf the Deed of Absolute Sale and other
related documents, to submit, secure and deliver, request and process, any and all documents and
other writings of whatever nature or kind, as well as effects, as may be necessary to carry into
effect the sale of the SUBJECT PROPERTY;

3. To receive payment for the purchase of the SUBJECT PROPERTY, which

includes (i) the affected area, (ii) the residential house, and (iii) the fishpond with gate, structures
and other improvements therein;

4. To pay for my share in all applicable fees, taxes and expenses on the sale of the
SUBJECT PROPERTY, which shall be chargeable to my share in the proceeds;

5. To endorse, negotiate, encash or deposit any check payment corresponding to my

share, which shall be transferred in my name or in my account;

6. To render proper accounting of my share in the proceeds of the sale of the

SUBJECT PROPERTY, in relation to the share of the other co-owners on the sale of the
SUBJECT PROPERTY;

7. To represent me in any and all suits pertaining to the SUBJECT PROPERTY and
to enter into stipulations, arbitration, compromise or submit the case to arbitration or mediation;
and
 8. To generally do and perform all and every act which may be requisite, necessary
or proper to carry out the above purposes.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-In-Fact full power and
authority to do and perform any and every act requisite and necessary to be done and in about the
premises, as fully to all intent and purposes as I might or could do if personally present and
acting in person, with power of substitution, hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said
Attorney-In-Fact may also do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
