After completing a number of health-related fitness activities (HRF), I

discovered that my strongest HRF component was muscular strength, which

includes push-ups and curl-ups, both of which I scored in the high-
performance zone. Cardiovascular endurance, on the other hand, was my
weakest HRF component, with ratings of marginal zone for resting heart rate
(RHR) and low zone for heart rate (HR).
With the information provided, I was able to determine that I have good
muscle strength and endurance, which will help me maintain a strong, healthy
body and have more energy. However, my least strong HRF component is
cardiovascular endurance, which provides an explanation for why I always feel
lightheaded and dizzy after a run. I now realize that even though my circulatory
system is working harder to distribute oxygen throughout my body, it is not
enough to satiate oxygen deficiency throughout my muscles, which is why I
continue to feel lightheaded.
In conclusion, I need to enhance both my flexibility and cardiovascular
endurance. In addition, as classified as an underweight, I must eat one and a half
cups of rice for the first week and two cups for the next few weeks in order to
raise my body mass index (BMI) to a normal range.
