Dear Ma’am Gina:

Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

This has reference to our Church Program to be of help to our community through the conduct of
Good News Classes in the different schools and barangays where we educate our children with
the Word of God targeting the development of their values and character. This program is
dubbed “Tulong sa Magulang, Tulong sa Paaralan at Tulong sa Bayan”.

The said program is to be held in schools or barangays for children ages three (3) to twelve (12)
for five (5) consecutive weeks (one day per week for 30 to 45 minutes or as allowed). The 5th
week will be their Graduation Ceremony which will be held in the same place where the classes
are held. Classes will be held preferably after their classroom instructions so as not to disrupt
their ongoing classes.

In schools, however, we plan to hold at least two (2) classrooms at the same time starting from
Grade 1, then to Grade 2, until we finish Grade 6, unlike in the barangays where we hold classes
to children of different age levels.

Hoping and praying that this will merit your kind consideration and allow us to hold classes in
your school, all for the glory of God.
