Dear Maam:

This is in reference to the complaint sent thru the 8888 Citizens Complaint Hotline. In relation to
the concern of the delayed salary of Provisional Teachers of DepEd Ormoc City Division for the period of
September 16-30, 2022 and October 1-15, 2022.

Valencia National High School has 3 Provisional Teachers. I received their September 16-30,
2022 Daily Time Record (DTR) and other relevant documents on the afternoon of October 5, 2022 and
processed it immediately on the same day. On October 06, 2022, I submitted their salary documents to
the Records Section of DepEd Ormoc City Division Office.

For October 1-15, 2022 salary, I received their Daily Time Record (DTR) and other relevant
documents on October 18, 2022 and submitted to the records section of DepEd Ormoc City Division
Office on October 19, 2022. Based on the posting at the cashier’s office, their salary for the period of
September 16-30, 2022 and October 1-15, 2022 was downloaded on October 26, 2022 with LDDAP
number 2022-10-112. Thereafter, I got a confirmation from the teachers that they have already
received their salary.

In this regard, we ensure the timely processing of the salary of our Provisionary teachers to
avoid delay. I am also hopeful that the appropriate measures will be taken in response to the
complainants’ concern.
