4.1Logistic plan to be prepared- Routs marked for transport vehicle and flag
man to be appointed for vehicle movement in standard speed 15Kph.
1.1. Should take all Necessary work permits to perform this job.( lifting and
shifting work permit).
1.2. Farana, Tools and tackles must be inspected before start the work by the
safety officer.
1.3 Trained/competent person should perform this working activity.
1.4 Lifting tackles and MHE should have valid TPIC and must be inspected
physically before start the work.
2. Team work required when unloading material with proper PPE's to be worn
with shoulder pad.
3.1 . Material handling safety to be followed.
3.2 . Sorrounding area to be free from traffic and person movements.
4. Dedicated supervision to be provided.
