DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

Brgy. Combado, Maasin City, Southern Leyte for and in consideration of the sum of
TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P 200,000.00), Philippine currency, to me in
hand paid by MARCIAL P. MAPE Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of Brgy.
Tagnipa, Maasin City, Southern Leyte receipt of the aforementioned amount is
hereby acknowledged to my entire satisfaction, do hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and
CONVEY by way of absolute sale unto said MARCIAL P. MAPE, his heirs and assigns
that one vehicle property which is more particularly described as follows, to wit:
