Data privacy is crucial for several reasons. It safeguards individuals' fundamental rights, including the
right to privacy, autonomy, and control over personal data. It helps prevent identity theft, fraud, and
discrimination based on personal information. Moreover, it fosters trust between individuals and
organizations, encouraging participation in the digital economy.
Risks to Data Privacy

Insider Threats: Insider threats refer to the risk posed by individuals within an organization who may
misuse or mishandle sensitive data intentionally or inadvertently, compromising data privacy.

Data Minimization and Purpose Limitation: Organizations should collect and retain only the minimum
amount of personal data necessary for the intended purpose, reducing the risk of unauthorized access or
misuse.

User Consent and Transparency: Obtaining informed consent from individuals before collecting or
processing their data is crucial. Transparent privacy policies should clearly outline the types of data
collected, the purposes for which it will be used, and any third parties involved.

Strong Data Security Measures: Implementing robust security measures, such as encryption, access
controls, and regular software updates, helps protect data from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.

The Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA), also known as Republic Act No. 10173, is a law that aims to protect
the fundamental human right to privacy of individuals in

relation to the processing of personal information in the information and communications technology
(ICT) sector. The law was enacted on August 15, 2012, and took effect on September 8, 2016.

Under the Cybercrime Prevention Act, cyberbullying is considered a form of online harassment and is
punishable by law. The penalties for cyberbullying vary depending on the severity of the offense:

1.Do not participate or encourage: Refrain from engaging in or contributing to the cyberbullying. Avoid
sharing, liking, or commenting on any harmful content. It's crucial not to perpetuate or amplify the
bullying behavior.

2.Offer support and empathy: Reach out to the person being cyberbullied privately and offer your
support. Let them know that you are there for them, that they are not alone, and that you care about
their well-being. Encourage them to talk about their feelings and experiences.

3.Document the evidence: Take screenshots or gather any evidence of the cyberbullying. This
documentation may be useful later when reporting the incident to the appropriate authorities or
platforms.

4. Report the cyberbullying: Report the cyberbullying to the relevant platform or website where it is
occurring. Most social media platforms, websites, and online services have mechanisms for reporting
abusive or inappropriate content. Utilize these reporting features to bring attention to the issue and seek
intervention.

Remember, staying smart and calm doesn't mean ignoring or tolerating the cyberbullying. It means
responding thoughtfully, seeking support, and taking appropriate steps to address the issue effectively
while prioritizing your well-being.

Basic OF Graphics Design

Maintaining proper proportion is crucial in creating visually harmonious and balanced designs. When
elements are appropriately proportioned, they work together seamlessly and create a sense of unity and
coherence

Contrast is a fundamental element of design that involves the juxtaposition of different elements to
create visual interest, emphasis, and distinction. It refers to the noticeable differences between elements
in terms of color, value, size, shape, texture, or any other visual characteristic. Contrast helps draw
attention, create hierarchy, and establish a sense of visual impact within a design.

Unity is a fundamental principle of design that refers to the visual harmony, coherence, and overall sense
of oneness within a composition. It is the result of all the elements and principles of design working
together seamlessly to create a cohesive and unified whole.

Unity ensures that all the individual elements within a design relate to each other and contribute to a
shared purpose or concept.

Harmony in design is the cohesive and pleasing arrangement of elements and principles that creates a
sense of visual unity and balance

Emphasis in design refers to the intentional highlighting or focal point creation of specific elements or
areas within a composition to draw attention, create visual hierarchy, and communicate importance or
