SUBJECT : Spot Report re: VehicularAccident

1. Reference:

a. Radio message with Cite Number: R9C-0404-41.

2. On or about 04:15 o’clock in the afternoon of February 13 2024, at Purok 18,

Barangay Pala-o, Iligan City, Lanao del Norte. Immediately, a group of MDRRMO –
Rescue responded to the reported incident. The incident involved a BMW X3 car and
4x4 Ford Truck, the victims were just only the drivers. According to the BMW X3 driver,
he didn’t make any effort to avoid the collision that caused the accident.

3. Jose Dela Cruz y Rumpas, the 21-year-old male driver of the BMW X3, is
single. Driver of BMW X3 with license plate number 3001-2022255 and expiration date
December 13, 2027 (Victim/Driver). Andres Abapo is a male student who is 20 years
old. Driver of a 4x4 Ford truck with license plate number K02-05-4-379473, expiring on
November 19, 2026, and plate number 4015-2023452. About 120 mph of acceleration
from the BMW X3 is what prompted the 4x4 Ford truck to collide. The individuals
involved in the collision were sent straight to Iligan Medical City Hospital for additional
care even though they were just slightly injured.
