MEMORANDUM

SUBJECT : Spot Report re: Robbery Incident

DATE : March 25, 2023

1. On or about 8:00 o'clock in the evening of March 25, 2023, a robbing incident
transpired at Brgy. Turno, Dipolog City particularly in Liquit's residence, wherein the victim one,
Margie Liquit y Bongot, 29 years old, single, a residence of Brgy. Turno, Dipolog together with
her husband Ricardo Liquit y Basalo, 42 years old, and a residence of the same place stayed a
few distance from their residence (Margie and Ricardo Liquit's house), was pointed a handgun
towards them and declared hold-up by three (3) unidentified malefactors riding in tandem.

2. As a consequence thereof, the suspects took and carted away from possession of the
victim (Margie) one (1) IPOD mini-apple worth Php 16,000.00.

3. The Initial Investigation revealed that the two (2) suspects wearing the following, to
wit: black jackets and bull cap and the third suspect wearing long pants and strife t-shirt. Said
suspects immediately fled away after the incident heading towards Brgy. Gulayon in this city.
The suspects used Honda XRM with no plate attached and defective body uncover/no
headlights.

4. The suspects are unidentified and the case is still under investigation.
