CHAPTER IV CONCLUSION

4.1 Conclusion

As the curtains draw on this enriching chapter of industrial training, I reflect upon
the invaluable experiences, lessons learned, and professional growth that have defined
this period. The journey from theoretical knowledge to practical application has been
transformative, offering a firsthand glimpse into the intricacies of the industry and honing
skills that extend far beyond the confines of textbooks.

Throughout the training, the challenges faced have not only been tests of critical
thinking but also opportunities for personal development. The collaborative efforts with
industry professionals, the exposure to real-world scenarios, and the day-to-day
operations have collectively contributed to a deeper understanding of the field and a
sharpening of problem-solving abilities.

This training has been more than just a professional stint; it has been a bridge
connecting academic knowledge with the dynamic realities of the workplace. The
mentorship received, the connection built with colleagues, and the hands-on experience
gained have been instrumental in shaping a holistic perspective of the industry.

As I move forward, I carry with me not just the technical skills acquired but also the
soft skills cultivated – effective communication, adaptability, and a resilient work ethic.
The insights gained during this industrial training will undoubtedly serve as a solid
foundation for future endeavors, laying the groundwork for a successful and fulfilling
career.

In conclusion, this industrial training has been a pivotal chapter in my academic

and professional trajectory. It has not only equipped me with the knowledge required in
the field but has also instilled a sense of confidence and readiness to navigate the
challenges that lie ahead. As I bid farewell to this phase, I step forward with gratitude,
equipped with newfound skills, and eager to contribute meaningfully to the ever-evolving
landscape of industry.

26
4.2 Recommendation

During these 6 months On-Job Training, there a lot of room for improvement for
both parties. As it can see, both management can keep the good work for making the
industrial training a good chance for embarking students potential. However, the
management of the university needs to improve the good system for INTRA and
delivering well on information to the students to ensure the smoothness of the on-job
training flow process as a starting point. As for the on-job training place, they might as
well have to prepare a schedule and activity for the students to get enough experience
while internship. These might help the students to learn and handle critical situations while
under pressure. As for the trainee, he or she would improve in the critical thinking and
credibility aspect in handling the task. Thus, all this recommendation for the upcoming
preparation in the future is for the better improvement.
