project

La caserne de Chanzy was built in 1926 in an Art deco style. It has been a hostel since 2019.

The program is what the owner expects. The owner of this project expects to give a new life to
an old fire station. The building will gather all of the departments of the City and the
Agglomeration’s services and a hotel.
