Dear Mayor Lani,

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. My name is Patrick Ewenn B. Ermac, a 21-year- old
resident of Gutierrez Compound Bagumbayan, Taguig City. I am writing to you with utmost respect and
sincerity, seeking your assistance in a matter of great importance to my future.

I am currently a third-year Criminology student at Taguig City University (TCU) and a student leader of College
of Criminal Justice Student Organization as Vice President External. Last October 2023, I successfully passed
the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) Entrance Exam, a significant achievement that marks a crucial step
towards realizing my dream of serving our country. Subsequently, I underwent a Complete Physical
Examination at V. Luna Medical Center last November, where I successfully passed the Physical and Psycho
Neurological Test.

As part of the final steps in the process, I recently received my Compliance letter, requiring me to fulfill
certain obligation. It is at this juncture that I humbly turn to you, recognizing your unwavering commitment
to the welfare of the people in our city.

I must share with you that I come from a challenging background. I am the son of a solo parent, as my father
passed away when I was only 3 months old. Despite the adversities I have faced, I am determined to
contribute positively to our community and aspire to become a leader in the Armed Forces of the Philippines
(AFP).

Dental Compliance (cleaning, fixed bridge) need to comply since the rest was complied. I am reaching out to
you in the hope that your kindness and generosity can help me navigate the requirements outlined in my
Compliance letter.
