    TERMS AND CONDITIONS


    2:45pm to 3:15pm - Graduands arrive
    3:30pm - Doors open for guests
    4:30pm - Ceremony begins
    7:00pm - Ceremony ends
    7:00pm to 7:45pm - Reception

    All students and guests require a printed or electronic ticket for admission.
    Tickets have no cash value and are issued to candidates free of charge.
    Please note that tickets are unique to each Convocation Ceremony and are not
    interchangeable.

    Convocation is a public event where photographs will be taken (and the


    ceremonies will be streamed live on the internet). By attending convocation,
    you are giving University Canada West permission to use any photos (and to
    include your name) in all media, future promotional materials, programs and
    websites, as the case may be.
