Core Subject Physical Education and Health offers experiential learning for learners to adopt an active life for fitness and lifelong health. The knowledge, skills and understanding which include physical and health
Description literacy competencies support them in accessing, synthesizing and evaluating information; making informed decisions; enhancing and advocating their own as well as others’ fitness and health.

This course on exercise for fitness enables the learner to set goals , monitor one’s participation in aerobic and muscle- and bone-strengthening activities and constantly evaluate how well one has integrated
this into one’s personal lifestyle. It consists of an array of offerings which learners can choose from.

The world is still affected by the virus (COVID 19). Thus, all of our plans are still on hold. As a student, you are tasked to make a proposed plan of activity for a recreational event. The freedom of
creating the title of your event is given. Make sure that this plan of activity must target health issue or concern. You will be graded according to the rubric below. (GROUPING)

1. Strictly follow the given rubrics.
2. This is a group project, but students are not allowed to make the proposal together in one place. Use the social media as a tool to communicate with your groupmates.
