Sub: Video Conference to monitor the progress of Transition to GSTN BO- regarding.

With reference to the subject cited above, it has been decided that a video conference chaired by
Member (IT) and Member (GST) will be held on 01.03.2024 at 3:00 PM to discuss the progress of
Transition to GSTN BO and track the status of actionable items pending with various stake holders.

2. The following are the agenda points to be discussed in the conference.

i. Collection of officer’s details for user creation

ii. Procurement of DSCs for field officers
iii. Training of Officers
a. Training of field officers by Master Trainers
b. Special training on role mapping for identified officers (two officers from each
commissionerate)
iv. Liquidation of pending ARNs

3. The link for the meeting will be shared shortly.

4. This issues with the approval of DG (Systems and Data Management).
