People with disability are still experiencing more loneliness, low
perceived social support and social isolation, to disrupt the stigma,
understanding and promote respect for people with disability. It is up
to us to drive the change and shift out-dated perceptions around
people living with a disability. Best way we can contribute positive
change is to empower them embracing their own sense of identity.
