BUSINESS DESCRIPTION

A business description provides an overview of what your company does and


what makes it unique. Business description discusses the different product or even
service’s it discusses the variety service’s and product to your business.

2.1. General Description of the product/service

It explains the features, characteristics, and benefits of the product or


service in a way that informs customers and provides encouragement for
them to make a purchase. This description of services discusses the product
service features even the style and quality.

2.1.1 BUSINESS NAME:


The name Grab food is on my idea because our services offers
delivery to the customers.

2.1.2 PRODUCT/ SERVICE FEATURES


Grab food is easy to access to order and also are fast delivery we
assure to our customer that we consume time for them so their not be bored to wait
the food, we offer a delivery services to everyone easy to access and order.
2.1.3 PRODCT/ SERVICE VARIATIONS

Grab food can offer a variety delivery because where not just offer a
delivery food we can deliver everything that the customer want us to
deliver like online shopping.
 Online shopping- just like food you clicked you deliver.
o Cloth- just click the cloth you want add your size and
color din we can deliver right away.
o Shoes- you can still order then we deliver.
 Food deliver- grab food basically delivered food.
o Drink- like milkshake, coffee, Milk tea etc.
o Dessert- mango float, ice cream, spaghetti etc.

In our grab food we offer a lot of style in services but firstly I will
discusses the product style.
PRODUCT STYLE
In product we really look at the good quality for the satisfaction of the
customers so that we are be neat and clean. Specially the foods that must deliver
must always be heat and delicious so that the customer will be satisfied.
SERVICES STYLE
Grab food services basically a fast because we assure to our
customers that our services are fast and tidy.

Grab food always choose not just a product or services we assure that
the product has a good quality, and the service is good and well.

Grab food services quality is not just services we put so much effort because
we want that our customer will be satisfied to our services, because in well done
services the customer will be a way so that the customer will be enhance to get our
services.

2.2 INDUSTRY BACKGROUND


Here we discusses the industry background or the RRL of the topic
which is the related review literature which we to find the International, ational and

International:
The objective of this study was to study the influence of electronic service
quality on Customer satisfaction and loyalty in online food purchases through the
Grab Food application, as well as developing and validating a model of structural
equations developed with empirical data consisting of key latent variables. 3
variables: quality of electronic services Customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in
online food purchases through Grab Food using quantitative research methods,
empirical research and questionnaires were used as a tool to collect information from
customers who used the service. 260 people were shopping online through Grab
Food. The statistics used for data analysis were descriptive statistics. One-way
analysis of variance and analysis of structural equation models from the research
results it was found that The e-service quality structural equation model on customer
satisfaction and loyalty in online food purchases through Grab Food was consistent
with empirical data. The chi-square is 784.25 at the degrees of freedom (df) 395, the
probability (p-value) is 0.485, the relative chi-square (X2 / df) is 2.879, the degree of
harmony index (GFI) is 0.796 value. The parameter RMSEA is 0.025, with electronic
service quality having both direct and indirect positive influences on customer loyalty.
And customer satisfaction has a direct positive influence on loyalty. The samples
with different frequency of purchasing food online through Grab Food had statistically

But now, technology has become more riveting that humans are able to stay
at home and not take the extra mile to commute all the way to their desired
restaurant with the use of food delivery applications such as Grabfood, Foodpanda,
and Pick.A.Roo. These are three known online food delivery (OFD) applications that
are based in the Philippines and other applications are globally known as well. They
offer various foods that are located around your area either local restaurants or
international. The most common reason for consumers having much of their
attention to OFD is because of its convenience. Another would be that it seems to be
a need for fast and easy meals during or after a long day at work. The numerous
food delivery systems that are readily accessible relieve customers of the burden of
thinking about and planning meals, whether the customer is cooking the meal
himself, eating in at a restaurant, or heading to a restaurant and purchasing food to
carry back to the workplace or home. (Lau, et al., 2019). Since the Philippines still
has its ongoing quarantine lockdown, Filipinos are forced to stay at home and not
have the opportunity to leave their homes (Maria Angelica D. August 2-5, 2021)
