ACADEMIC PROCRASTINATION PRACTICES AND SELF-MOTIVATION


AMONG FRESHMEN COLLEGE EDUCATION STUDENT IN NOTREDAME OF
MIDSAYAP COLLEGE

Statement of the Problem

The purpose of this research is to know the Practices and Motivation on Academic
Procrastination among freshmen Students (CED) of Notre Dame of Midsayap. The
researchers seek to answer the following questions:

1. What is the profile of the respondents in terms of the age, sex, religion, home address,
parent’s occupation?

2. What are the practices on academic procrastination of the respondents in terms of time
management, personality, peer and social media utilization?

3. How do respondents motivate themselves to avoid academic procrastination in terms of


Family related, Physical activities and adopting Good habits/skills?

4. Is there a significant difference on practices and self-motivation on academic


procrastination when the respondents are grouped according to sex?
