1. Based on my personal characteristics, I know my strengths and weaknesses. In line with this
positively it would affect greatly as I love to learn new something for the benefit of my
students. “Sharing is Caring” like what I always hear from the webinars I attended. In
addition positively, my outlook in life as a teacher will widen my understanding on how it will
help the parents, students and stakeholders. Negatively, it would greatly affect if there is an
emergency need to address with.
