CTIVE:  This activity aimed to equip more
knowledge to all newly hired teachers
on Basic Leadership Course
 To promote leadership in every
activities in school.
 To empower all the teachers on how to
handle girls during scouting.

IMINARIES:  Registration of participants of the

activity.
 Distribution of the training kits,
 Table arrangements to form different
patrols.

LIGHTS OF THE ACTIVITY:  Build strong relationship between

teachers.
 Performing different songs and yells.

LTS: Everyone participated in this activity. This

Basic Leadership Course Training is a big
help to newly hired teachers for them to be
equipped with more knowledge with regards
to leadership. The participants were able to
learn new techniques on how to handle girls
during scouting and also on how to perform
the different ceremonies.
