PROJECTS
AzFinance Invest is one of the largest
companies that requested a logo, corporate
style and branding from “Rookie”.

After analyzing the desires and activities of the

client, we decided to create a high-class “image”
of the company, choosing dark and light blue shades
as basic colors, considering they have become traditional
in the field of financial services. For the logo we used the
idea of presenting the capital letters in the company name as
a triangle. The idea and suggestions were highly appreciated
by the customer and the project was successfully completed.
It should be noted that the work done for AzFinance Invest
was implemented in the framework of cooperation with Gilan
Holding.

Miniature
Cards
One of the largest projects that we have
successfully implemented is the preparation of a
new card concept for PASHA Bank.

The product line includes various types ranging

from debit to bonus cards. As per client’s
request the goal was to create a modern and at
the same time traditional product that reflects the
corporate values and
​​ the image of PASHA Bank.
Having worked on several ideas, we presented
an interesting design solution. The miniatures
used in card design were inspired by the works
of Nizami Ganjavi, and each of them revived
different scenes (hunting, camel caravan,
trade, poet’s thoughts, etc.). Thus, customer
requirements were successfully closed. Also
we proposed and later implemented reflecting
Nizami’s quotes on the back of the cards. Along
with all this, “Rookie” team completed the design
of the card boxes for different segments.
Children’s
“Rookie” is very enthusiastic about environmental projects thus our collaboration
with the World Wide Fund (WWF) continued on this basis. The project “One Page
Story” was handed to us in 2016. Our task was to teach the paper production
process to the elementary school students in order to explain the importance
of saving every page and therefore protecting the forest. For this purpose,

appropriate illustrations on the topic and a book were prepared. Thanks to our
deep involvement and commitment to the problem, we were able to complete the
project on time, despite the large amount of work and short time.
There are only 13 leopards in Azerbaijan. This is a tragically small number.

Leopard protection and reproduction was one of the key goals set by the World Wildlife Fund (WWF).

The Foundation uses different channels of communication to highlight the issue. One of them is children’s literature. In the framework
of cooperation with the Fund our team prepared illustrations about the adventures of two leopards and brought them to life in the
form of stories for junior classes.
MILES&SMILES
Campaign
Together with Turkish Airlines PASHA Bank launched
premium line of mile cards within the framework of “Miles
& Smiles”.

For this project we provided creative idea, video- and

photoshooting, implemented materials for billboards and
other showcases.

GABALA
SHOOTING CLUB

When it comes to creating a corporate
image, we cannot dismiss the work done
for the Gabala Shooting Club.

We developed promotional products for

people who love outdoor activities using
company logo colors (white, black and
red), as well as the target illustration,
which is the main element of the Gabala
Shooting Club logo. In addition, various
illustrations intended for printing on
clothing were also developed. The
customer happily approved our work
and the project was successfully
delivered.
ENDANGERED
Species
campaign
We always appreciate projects from WWF Azerbaijan.
Main target for this campagn was to raise awareness about
endangered species in our region.

Our main goal was to create emotional and simple video. After
many hours of discussing and brainstorming we decided
to create a message everyone could understand - we care
about material things we can buy more than about our planet.
From this thought we moved to visual - animal’s silhouette is
consists of variety of valuable items such as bags, shoes,
jewellery, smartphones, etc.

BTB
Bank
Cards
One of our new customers,
Bank BTB, applied for a
minimalistic design for plastic
cards. Another key condition of
the order was that the design
should be related to Azerbaijani
culture. The customer liked
the design inspired by the
“shebeke” pattern, which is
our national ornament. In order
to create a protruding image
effect, we reflected the design
elements in three dimensions.
The patterns were also made
in appropriate colors for each
card; Platinum, Gold and
classic - Red
TEA SPACE
Branding
The newly opened Tea House turned to our company for the development of a logo.

Full confidence in our taste was shown by the client, which inspired us even more and in addition to the logo, we provided stickers in the form of celestial
bodies. Stickers have successfully found a place within the menu of the tea house . The colors of celestial bodies were chosen in accordance with the name
and taste of the presented drink.
PASHA BANK
PHOTOSHOOtING
One of our photography projects was an order intended for credit
products from PASHA Bank.

Based on the customer wishes we worked on several ideas and put

forward our proposals. Having worked through the options, we had an
interesting photoshoots and presented the bank’s clients as athletes
aimed at the best results. The project was developed and implemented
jointly with BUTA Lab.
PASHA TRAVEL
CALENDAR
PASHA Travel approached us with an
interesting project in 2015. We learned that
the company has a calendar project, which
is carried out annually exploiting the topic of
different countries of the world.

Previously themes of attractions, cuisine,

breakfasts and other specialties in different
countries have been used. The theme of the
next project was related to sports. Based on
our ideas, which the client liked, illustrations
for the calendar were prepared. The calendar
was fully compiled and submitted.
LIMBO

play
There are seven characters on the stage. Seven different
personalities with different past and history.

These people are united only by their current location - an

unknown point of no return on the map. Their final destination
unknown. Seven different people, seven different stories -
strong and weak, good and evil, open and introverted. They
are united by hope that falls apart, but is yet alive, trying to
shine a little hope in their dim light. This hope will lead these
people to a new life from this unknown point between heaven
and hell.

In 2018, for 6 months we organized an interactive show to

highlight the problems of refugees and internally displaced
persons.

KURA
CAVIAR
PACKAGING
We created logo, brand guidelines and package design for new
Azerbaijan Fish Farm product line - Kura Caviar. This projects was
very mportant for our team, because it is a great chance to show our
ability to make complete design kit, using our knowledge of local
ornaments, colours and symbols.

First our step was to create sturgeon silhouette filled with ornaments
for the logo. Carefully chosen elements fully represents colour
scheme and patterns. Main colours are connected with flag with
addition of light yellow, representing sunlight.

The main goal was to keep stylistic elements from vintage

packaging - such as image of sturgeon, Maiden Tower, Caspian
Sea. We created gravure with gold embossing, framed by classic
azerbaijani carpet’s ornaments representing waves and fish. And
made color-coding for each product in the line.
GILAN HOLDING
Gilan Holding is one of the largest representatives of the local market.
The holding operates in several industries, such as construction, tourism,
agriculture, logistics and FMCG.

Creating a corporate identity for such a giant set of companies was a very

rebranding ambitious effort, and our team succeeded with dignity. Our team treated
the tasks of choosing corporate colors and preparing logos with great
responsibility and diligence. The theme of mountain ranges was chosen as
the final option for the Gilan Holdinq logos.
GILAN HOLDING Another successfully implemented project is the development of
concept and design for printing products of a number of Gilan Holding
brands.

The team offered several colors for each sub-brand to the customer.
Colors and concept designed were based on the corporate style
previously generated by our team for Gilan Holding.

video
In 2017, PASHA Banks requested to create a creative concept reflecting the
corporate image and values ​​of the their business in regards with the 10th
anniversary of the company.

Based on the information received during analysis, we put forward an

interesting idea to emphasize the mutual trusting relationship of PASHA
Bank and its customers, showing the bank not only as a business, but also
as a faithful and reliable friend in the financial sector. We decided to make a
video with an emotional and friendly context after approval of the client.

Inspired by the slogan of PASHA Bank “New heights. Together.” we prepared

a script about long friendship, constant mutual support of three friends and
their readiness to unite in the adventure of conquering peaks.

Taking into account the wishes of the client this time we proposed to have a grand photoshoot reflecting corporate values ​​of the
bank. The photos were ordered for PASHA Bank’s corporate website, and, as always, we dealt with this matter with commitment.

What we do
Analysis
At the initial stage, a thorough analysis of the brand is conducted. We
study the market, activities and opportunities of potential competitors
in detail. Even information, seeming insignificant at first, is carefully
checked and analyzed. Thus, the definition of a unique strategy, the
planning of the next steps and the creation of solutions corresponding
to customers, largely depend on the results of the analysis phase. For
this reason, our team pays maximum attention to the analysis stage
as one of the most important stages.
Strategy
We determine the position of the brand on the market depending on
the results of the analysis. Then the most effective means of commu-
nication to attract the target audience is determined. It is imperative for
goal achievement that the strategy is established correctly.
Branding
The next step in the development of a project is to create a corporate
style. Creating a corporate style involves updating or creating a new
logo, defining standards such as fonts and company colors. Creating
a company image plays an important role in the further development
of the business.
Advertising communications
The next stage of the brand release is an advertising campaign.
Appropriate advertising channels are determined for a more effec-
tive result. Depending on the chosen advertising channels, we work
on different creative ideas, develop and place all relevant materials
according to adequacy and needs.
