I. Executive Summary

Teachers have the power to inspire, through their attitudes, actions, and even
through the lessons they engage students in and exerting their extra effort for their
coordinatorships assigned to them.
Mrs. Aileen Y. Tapis is one the dedicated teacher and GPP Coordinator in Tanjay
City Division assigned in the farthest barangay of Sto. Nino which is Mandalamon
Elementary School hadling multigarde classes Grade 3 and 4.. She is 35 years old and
has been serving Deped for 3 years. She was assigned as GPP coordinator in
Mandalamon Elementary School last SY 2018-2019 up to present.
Due to her passion and dedication to her work and her coordinatorship as GPP
coordinator our Gulayan sa Paaralan was being successfully implemented.

II. Exemplary Behavior/Conduct Displayed within the last 3 years

Making a positive change has always been her desire. She took an extra mile and
effort to implement the GPP in our school. She is very flexible enough to adopt some
changes to make our program successful and sustainable. She has a good personality
to deal with our parents in a most appropriate way.

III. Impact of Accomplishments (Indicate problems addressed, savings generated,


people/office benefited and transactions facilitated. Indicate whether or not the
accomplishments are part of the nominee’s regular functions/mandated or the

She was able to plant and produce variety of vegetables in our school. The
variety of vegetables planted in Mandalamon Elementary School are eggplant, okra,
tomatoes, sili, galay, alugbati, stringbeans ,malunggay, upo, sibuyas dahon, sikwa and
monggo. We planted also calamansi and fruit bearing trees like guava and papayaThe
said vegetables are being used in our feeding program. Our community also benefits
our product because they run to school if they don’t have vegetables to prepare in their
meals.
