INTRODUCTION :-

➢ Educational websites can include websites that have games,

videos or topic related resources that act as tools to enhance
learning and supplement classroom teaching. These websites help
make the process of learning entertaining and attractive to the
student, especially in today’s age.

➢ While there are many advantages of such websites, we also need

to be aware of the negatives. Students need to be guided properly.
Without proper guidance, students may find resources and content
that are not reliable or do not align with the direction of the
teaching in class. Some websites are huge and offer a massive
variety of games and resources. Students may be easily distracted
on such websites and end up spending time on activities that are
either below their level or do not complement or add to the
classroom teaching. Unrestricted access and freedom on the
internet can be dangerous, especially for younger students.

SOFTWARE REQUIREMENT ANALYSIS :-

❖ Popularity of Online Learning:

o Online learning is becoming increasingly popular as it offers

numerous benefits over traditional offline learning. Both
learners and educators can experience flexibility,
convenience, and affordability while accessing the best e-
learning websites. Today, there are ample educational
mobile apps for students are available that are offering the
best elearning experience.

❖ Growing Demand for Personalized Learning:

o Today, students demand personalized learning experiences

tailored to individual needs and interests. Educational
websites offer personalized learning by offering a variety of
features, including adaptive learning, social learning, and
gamification.
❖ Mobile Learning Demand:

o Mobile learning is becoming increasingly popular as people

own smartphones and tablets. Educational websites
and education mobile websites for schools can be easily
accessed on mobile devices, making it easy for students to
learn on the go
FUTURE SCOPE OF THE PROJECT:-
• E-learning is generally divided into two categories – synchronous
and asynchronous. In synchronous E-learning students and teachers
virtually interactwith each other at the same time. Similar to an on-
campus class, it’s scheduled regularly and the students and the
teacher will attend the class at the same time. Students participate
in discussions, give presentations, turn in assignments and work on
team projects. Classes are conducted live online via Zoom or a
similar platform.
• On the other hand, asynchronous learning allows students to create
their own schedule and can be carried out even when the teacher or
student is offline. In this case, students complete the lessons on their
own, Students can follow the curriculum and access the coursework
via pre-recorded sessions or other learning materials at any time
over the duration of the course.
• Depending on their requirements and schedules, students can
choose between the two. Some courses have a mix of synchronous
and asynchronous learning activities making learning more flexible
and effective.
• Education has undergone a dramatic transformation with the rise of
E-learning and has brought us to the cusp of education revolution.

➢ Here’s a look at the scope of E-learning:

• Flexibility: One of theadvantages of E-learning is its flexibility. When

learning from home, students can save time and can focus on other
activities. They have the freedom to plan their day without having to
follow a strict schedule or spend time travelling to school or
university. This flexibility improves discipline in students by
enhancing self-motivation, responsibility, and time management
skills.
