Instructions for the submission of your VIDEO SELFIE for the 59th Batch

To give your application the final touch, please send us a personal video convincing the
commission of your application until 31st March 2024.

Please note that only videos that meet the following criteria will be accepted.
- Only use the platform WeTransfer (https://wetransfer.com/) to forward your
video. Please find a detailed description attached!

- You video must not be longer than one minute.

- In the video at least the following questions have to be answered:

O what is your name, where do you live, what is your professional situation
O what potential has your region/community got in tourism
O why did you choose the course and where do you see yourself in 10 years from
now.

- On the WeTransfer platform address the email to office@ith-salzburg.at.

- As sender email address use the one you put on your application form as your main
email address.

- In the text message field, insert the following information: your name, country
and date of birth.

Videos that last longer than one minute or are sent directly as email attachments or
are sent via any other platform will be deleted without exception and cannot not be
added to your application.

You are welcome to record the videos with your mobile phone as long as distracting
background noise is avoided!
HOW TO UPLOAD YOUR VIDEO VIA WETRANSFER

1. Take you personal one-minute-application video following the guidelines stated in

the email.

2. Open WeTransfer (https://wetransfer.com/) in your browser.

3. In the free version of WeTransfer you can send up to 2 GByte.

4. Now accept the terms of use and you're ready to go: Click on the blue plus sign to
upload your files.

5. Then enter the ITH e-mail address: office@ith-salzburg.at.

6. Enter your own email address. Please use the one which you indicated as your main
email address in the application form.

7. Type in the following information so that ITH can link your video with you
application files: your name, country and date of birth.

8. When you are finished, click on "Send". Now your files will be uploaded. Depending
on how large they are, this may take some time. The speed of your internet access
also influences the duration.

9. Once the files have been uploaded, ITH will receive an email with a link to
WeTransfer, from where we can download the files. Please note that the files are
only stored by WeTransfer for seven days. After this period, it is no longer possible
to download the content.
