Healing in Our Body
Drink lots of water throughout the day, without any meal or other type
of beverage. This will help hydrate, cleanse, and detoxify your body.
Eat lots of fruit three times a day for three days. Be sure to finish the last
serving of fruit at least three hours before your bedtime each day. Be
sure to drink lots of water as well as the tonics and herbal teas.
I'm going to take my time with this lesson you have to understand it
clearly to get it then.
The pictures I'm showing you is it idea and what I'm talking about if you
don't have one thing use the other once you get the job then I hope you
understand me....?
DAILY SCHEDULE:
(Wash your face, brush your teeth, make your bed, and drink a tall glass
of warm water with a tablespoon of lemon juice added to it.
While washing your face will help refresh and wake you up, the lemon
water will hydrate you as well as help dump toxins off the liver.
Also take the herbal capsules listed in your herbal regiment. This is
when you start to understand the two months program according to what
problem you have you will see the herbs to use.
Once your bed is made, make it a rule not to get back in it until bedtime.
(Sing songs of praise, pray and thank God for another day, ask Him to
forgive you of your sins, and for wisdom as you study his word. Open
the pages of your Bible and read from it as if it is God’s personal love
letter written specifically for you. All scripture is given by inspiration of
God and is profitable for your spiritual growth)
Be sure not to look at any one passage as if it does not pertain to you or
was not placed there for your learning. Pass no scripture until you’ve
come to an understanding of its meaning, its purpose for being in the
Bible, and its relation to the plan of salvation.
Also be sure to take this time to drink the herbal tea # 1 listed on your
herbal regiment.
6:30 A.M Oil Concoction
(Mix 1 tablespoon of apricot seed oil, 1 tablespoon of black seed oil, and
1 tablespoon of DMSO and drink. While the black seed oil will help the
body in many ways, the laetrile in apricot seed oil has been known to be
very effective in getting rid of cancer. And it will work.
Be sure to chase the oil concoction with the grape juice, fig, and
molasses mixture listed in your herbal regiment) Check the two months
programme.
7:00 A.M. One hour walk
Take this time to exercise. One hour of walking at a minimum every day
will help keep the blood flowing, which will promote a healthy heart,
allow the nutrition in the blood to flow to the different parts of the body,
and release any stored glucose in the blood stream of a diabetic.
One hour of walking is equivalent to five units of insulin. Walking will
also strengthen the muscles as well as fight off disease. Be sure to walk
in the open air among nature.
This will oxygenate the blood which will help those with breathing
problems, as well as those fighting cancer since cancer cannot live in an
oxygenated environment.
Take this time to prepare your breakfast meal. While the fruits and nuts
should be eaten raw, the grains should be cooked.
Try to select meals that take 30 minutes or less to prepare. Also be sure
to switch up the fruits, grains and nuts each day.
8:30 A.M. Breakfast Time (MANDATORY)
DO NOT OVEREAT!!
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and should not be
missed unless fasting. Since the body hasn’t had any food since the night
before, it is on an empty stomach and should be treated with care.
This meal should consist of 3-5 servings of fruit, a half a cup to a whole
cup of grains, and no more than a handful of nuts. One serving of fruit
would be determined by the individual’s handful. One handful is one
serving.
Remember we're talking about when you're sick you have to take the
step like this....
Since the fruit is the easiest to digest, it should be eaten first in its raw
and natural state as far as possible. The enzymes in the fruit will help
break down the food taken after it. Cancer patients should eat a lot of
grapes as well as other fruits.
Following the fruit should be the grains and nuts. The grain should be
whole, non-refined grains that are high in fiber, rather than the refined
grains such as white bread and white rice.
The nuts should be non-roasted and should have no subtracted or added
oils than that of its original state. While the grains will provide fiber, the
nuts will provide a substantial amount of protein.
Take one or more than a handful. Cancer patients and diabetics should
avoid peanuts.
DO NOT OVEREAT!
Chew your food slow and well. Avoid going back for seconds.
(It is great to go for a short walk after a meal. This will cause the blood
to flow and will aid the body in its digestion process. Be sure not to do a
strenuous workout after a meal. This will hinder digestion)
(Take this time to drink 8 Oz of the second herbal tea listed in your
herbal regimen. (Red Clover) This will help purify the blood.)
Take this time to prepare for your fever bath. Run your bath water at the
hottest temperature it will provide until the tub is halfway full.
While the water is filling to the halfway mark, go change into a bathing
suit or bath appropriate clothing.
Also fill a bucket or large bowl with ice water and place it near the tub
soaking a hand towel in the bowl. This hand towel will be place on the
head and re-soaked every ten minutes while the treatment is in session.
Once halfway full run lukewarm water in tub until water is just a few
Inches from the rim of the tub.
While running the lukewarm water, use a regular thermometer to check
your body temperature. Using a meat thermometer check the
temperature of the water in the bath tub while the lukewarm water is
running.
Allow the temperature of the running water to decrease the temperature
of the hot water in the tub until its temperature is 10 degrees higher than
your body temperature shown on the regular thermometer.
For instance, if your body temperature reads 98.6 on the regular
thermometer, then you would allow the lukewarm water to continue
running until the temperature of the water in the tub reads 108 on your
thermometer.)

Go somewhere in nature and pray. Thank God for carrying you thus far
through the day, and ask him to let His spirit touch and guide your heart
as you read from a devotional book. I.e. The Desire Of Ages, The Great
Controversy, or The Ministry of Healing. After reading, close your
devotion with prayer, thanking the Lord for His goodness, and asking
Him to grant you the personal desires of your heart according to His
will.
BE SURE TO TAKE THE HERBAL CAPSULES LISTED IN
YOUR HERBAL REGIMENT AT THIS TIME.
Those who work may only be able to spend 15 -30 minutes in their
afternoon devotion while on their lunch break. If you have a 30 minute
lunch break, it would be better to spend both of your 15 minute breaks in
devotion, and use the 30 minutes on your lunch break to enjoy your
meal.
(Take this time to prepare your meal. Choose a meal that will not take
more than 45 minutes to prepare. A dish such as beans should have been
soaked overnight and slow cooked throughout the day.)
(This is the best time to get your vegetables. While leafy vegetables can
be eaten raw, course vegetables such as broccoli, and carrots should be
cooked. Along with this meal should be more whole grains such as
brown rice or whole wheat pasta. Beans, peas, nuts, or seeds can be
eaten with this meal, but not together. You must choose one of the four.
The vegetables should be eaten first, and followed by the rest. For the
first month the only thing eaten at lunch should be vegetables. Salad
cooked broccoli for example. Be sure to stay away from honey or
sweeteners, being that sugar will feed the cancer.)

(This would be a good time to clean up the mess from lunch, as well as
fold or iron any clothes that need it. Do not take this time to lay down. It
will hinder the digestion)
(Take this time to drink 8 oz. of herbal tea # 1 listed in your herbal
regiment. This will help fight the disease itself.)
Take a lukewarm bath for about 20 minutes. This will relax the nerves,
cleanse the pores, induce sleep as well as give life and energy to the
internal organs...
Be sure to lather with a cloth, and rinse off so that the toxins released do
not remain on the surface of the skin. The bath will also cause the blood
to flow which by doing so will carry the herbal chemo throughout the
body.
I come to the End of this program, and remember the two months
program, is to work with this to get for healing, whatever sickness you're
suffering.
