I. Objectives
At the end of this lesson, students will be able to:
a. identify the key features of K to 12 education programs in at least five different
countries;
b compare and contrast the different K to 12 programs of various countries ;and
c. express openness to understanding diverse K to 12 education models through oral
recitation.
The teacher will divide the students into four groups and let them answer the given
activity entitled “Find me in the sea of letters.” The students are tasked to find and
circle the hidden words in the grid.
The teacher will discuss the lesson about the different K to 12 programs of various
countries.
V. Activity
The teacher will give the students an activity wherein they will compare and contrast
the K to 12 programs of various countries.
VI. Assessment
The teacher will give the students a 10-item quiz about the knowledge of K to 12
programs of various countries.
VII.Assignment
The teacher will instruct the students to write a one paragraph reflection about their
understanding on the effectiveness of the different K to 12 programs of various
countries.
