Important part of Iman. Discussed in almost all big surahs of Holy Quran.
Several complete surahs like ،‫ القارعۃ‬،‫ التاکثر‬،‫ املرس ہلت‬،‫ الزلزال‬،‫ النبا‬،‫ ہالٰنعہت‬،‫ الق ہیمۃ‬،‫ادلھر‬
In the surah Al-Baqrah# 4 ‫و ِاب ۡ ہل ِخر ِۃ ُ ۡه ی ُ ۡو ِقنُ ۡون‬
Translation: They believe with certainty in Hereafter (Resurrection, recompense of
their good and bad deeds, paradise & Hell) 3

2-‫ َّ ِاَّل ۡی خلق الۡم ۡوت و الۡح ہیوۃ ِلی ۡبلُو ُ ۡک ایُّ ُ ۡک ا ۡحس ُن َع ًال ؕ ﴿﴾ ملک‬
Translation: Who has created death & life that He may test you which of you is best in
deeds
11،12-‫کِرا ًما َک ِت ِب ۡی ﴿﴾ ی ۡعل ُم ۡون ما ت ۡفعلُ ۡون ﴿﴾ الانفطار‬
Translation: Two honourable writers writing down (your deeds). They know all that you do.
Human has purpose of life, not without purpose. 4
Five Stages after this worldly life
1. Death.
2. Grave.
3. Resurrection Day.
4. Bridge Al-Sirat.
5. Vision of Allah. 5
Every thing could be denied, but can any one deny death?
1. Death ‫موت‬
Death is the end of this worldly life and start of another life.
‫ والعاجز من اتبع نفسہ ھواھا و ہ‬،‫ "الکیس من دان نفسہ و َعل ملا بعد املوت‬: ‫عن شداد بن ُاوس عن النیب ﷺ قال‬
‫متن‬
)2009 ‫ الطاف اینڈ س نٰن کراچی‬199 ‫ ص‬،2459 ‫ ابواب صفۃ القیامہ حدیث‬2 ‫عیل ہللا“ (جامع ترمذی جدل‬
The wise person is that who controls his inner-desire and performs (acts) for after death;
and foolish person is that who follows his own inner-desire and have hope with Allah.
‫ک ن ۡفس ذآئِق ُۃ الۡم ۡو ِت و ِان َّما تُوف َّ ۡون ُا ُج ۡور ُ ۡک ی ۡوم الۡ ِق ہیم ِۃ فم ۡن ُز ۡح ِزح ع ِن النَّا ِر و ُا ۡد ِخل الۡجنَّۃ فقدۡ فاز وما الۡح ہیو ُۃ ادلُّ نۡیا ِا َّل متا ُع‬
ُّ ُ
)۱۸۵ ‫الۡغ ُُر ۡو ِر ( ہال َعران‬
Translation: Every one shall Taste death. And only on the day of Resurrection shall you be
paid your wages in full. And whoever is removed away form the fire and admitted to
paradise he indeed is successful. The life of this world is only the enjoyment of deception. 6
 ‫‪Death‬‬ ‫وت‬ ‫م‬
‫این ما ت ُکون ُوا یدۡ ر ۡک ُّ ُک الۡمو ُت و لو کُن ُُ ِ ۡف بروج مش یدۃ )نساء‪(78-‬‬
‫ُ ُ ۡ ُّ َّ‬ ‫ۡ ۡۡ‬ ‫ۡ‬ ‫ۡۡ ُ ِ‬ ‫ۡ‬
‫‪Translation: Where so ever you may be, death will overtake you even if you are on‬‬
‫‪fortresses built-up strong and high.‬‬
‫‪Therefore this is clear that death will be to everyone i.e. every one have to die‬‬
‫‪Two choices (types of death):‬‬
‫ذلت وایل ‪ 2. Dishonorable Death (Difficult) -‬عزت وایل ‪1. Honorable Death (Easy) -‬‬
‫‪‬مومن موت ےس نہںی ڈرات‪،‬اس ےیل کہ وہ موت کہ ےیل ہمیشہ تیار رھتا ےھ‪ ،‬موت اس کو دنیا یک متام تاکلیف ےس آٓزاد‬
‫کر دے گی۔ وہ تو موت کو حمبوب رکھتا ےھ۔ اور َکفر موت ےس اس ےیل ڈرات ےھ کہ وہ موت یک تیاری نہںی رکھتا۔‬
‫ٰ‬ ‫ہ‬
‫‪‬اللھم ارزقنا شھاد ًۃ ف سبیلک‪ -‬واجعل موتنا ف بدل رسولک‬ ‫‪7‬‬
 2. GRAVE ‫القرب‬
When any one dies, Where we put ?
“‫ ”امنا القرب روضة من رایض اجلنة او حفرۃ من حفر النار‬:‫قال رسول ہللا ﷺ‬
)2009 ‫ الطاف اینڈ س نٰن کراچی‬199 ‫ ص‬،2460 ‫ ابواب صفۃ القیامہ حدیث‬2 ‫(جامع ترمذی جدل‬
It is said by messenger of Allah(‫)ﷺ‬:(do not consider grave as an ordinary place on
earth) Verily the Grave is either a part of paradise or a whole of Hell fire.”
It is the first stage after death, if successful will be successful in next stages otherwise vice
versa.
Grave is also known as “Intermediate Stage” and ‫برزخ‬
Reasons of intermediate stage ?
According to our belief torments and luxuries are truth and are to both body & soul 8
 3.The Resurrection Day
61-‫ل ی ۡس ت ۡا ِخ ُر ۡون ساع ًۃ َّو ل ی ۡس ت ۡق ِد ُم ۡون حنل‬
Neither can they delay, nor can they advance it an hour (or a moment)
‫ یوم ا ہلخر‬last day
‫ یوم ادلین‬ day of recompense
‫ یوم احلساب‬ day of reckoning
‫ یوم التغابن‬ day of gathering
‫ یوم احلرش‬ day of Hashr (Exodus)
‫ یوم البعث‬ day of resurrection
Time of last day is fixed, but only Allah knows. 9
 The Resurrection Day
‫و ُو ِضع ۡال ِک ہت ُب فَتی ال ُم ۡج ِرم ۡی ُم ۡشفق ۡی م َّما ف ۡیہِ وی ُق ۡول ۡون یہویۡلتنا م ِال ہھذا الک ہت ِب ل ی ُغاد ُر ص ِغ ۡی ًۃ َّو ل کب ِۡی ًۃ ِا َّل‬
ِ ِۡ ُ ِ ِ ِِ ِ ۡ
49-‫اِضا و ل ی ۡظ ِ ُل ربُّک احدً ا ﴿﴾ کھف‬ ً ِ ‫ا ۡح ہصہا ۚ و وجدُ ۡوا ما َِعلُ ۡوا ح‬
Translation: And the Book )one’s Record) will be placed, and you will see the Mujrimeen (criminals,
polytheists, sinners) fearful to that which is (recorded) therein. They will say “Woe (sadness) to us!
What sort of Book is that leaves neither a small thing nor a big thing, but has recorded it with
numbers!” And they will find all that they did, placed before them, and your Lord treats no one with
injustice.
ًّ ‫﴾ و م ۡن ی َّ ۡعم ۡل ِمثۡقال ذ َّرۃ‬۷﴿‫﴾ فم ۡن ی َّ ۡعم ۡل ِمثۡقال ذ َّرۃ خ ۡ ًیا یَّر ٗہ‬۴﴿‫ی ۡوم ِئذ ُُت ِٰد ُث اخۡبارها‬
4،7،8 : ‫﴾ سورت الزلزال‬۸﴿‫َشا ی َّر ٗہ‬
Translation: That Day it (earth) will declare its information (about all that happened over it of good or evil).
So whosoever does good equal to the atom’s weight shall see it.
So whosoever does evil equal to the atom’s weight shall see it. 10

ِۡ ِ ۡ ُ

187-‫ی ۡسـلُ ۡونک ع ِن ال َّساعۃ ا َّاین ُم ۡر ہسہا قل ان َّما عل ُمہا ع ۡند ر ِ ٰ ۡب ۚ الاعراف‬
ِ
Translation: They ask you about the Hour “when will be it appointed time?” Say:
“The knowledge thereof is with my lord (Alone(”
ِ ‫ی ۡسـلُک النَّ ُاس ع ِن ال َّساع ِۃ قُ ۡل ِان َّما ِعلۡ ُمہا ِع ۡند‬
63-‫ہللا وما یُدۡ ِرۡیک لع َّل ال َّساعۃ ت ُک ۡو ُن ق ِریۡ ًبا الاحزاب‬
Translation: People ask you concerning the Hour, Say: “The knowledge of it is
with Allah only. What do you know? It may be that the Hour is near!”
)‫ بعث اان والساعۃ کھاتی (رواہ خباری و مسل‬:‫عن انس قال قال رسول ہللا ﷺ‬
Narrated Anas: Allah's Messenger said: "I have been sent and the Hour as these
two (fingers(” 13
 Signs of the Last Day
. ‫ما املسؤول عهنا بأعل من السائل‬:‫ فأخربين عن الساعة قال‬: ‫قال‬:‫حدیث جربائیل‬
He said: “Then tell me about the Hour”.
He said: “The one questioned about it knows no better than the questioner.”
‫آن تدل المة ربٰهتا وآن ترى احلفاۃ‬:‫فأخربين عن آماراهتا قال‬:‫قال‬:‫حدیث جربائیل‬
.‫العراۃ العاةل رعاء الشاء یتطاولون يف البنیان‬
He said: “Then tell me about its signs.” He said: “That the slave-girl will give birth
to her mistress and that you will see the barefooted, naked, poor herdsman
competing in constructing lofty buildings.” 14
‫)ریض ہللا عنہ( ‪72 Signs near to the day of Judgment as Narrated by Huzaifa bin Yaman‬‬
‫تعایل عنہ ےس روایت ےہ کہ حضور ﷺ ےن فرماای‪ :‬ابہَت چزییں قرب قیامت یک عالمت ہںی‪ ،‬جب مت دیکھو کہ‪:‬‬
‫حرضت حذیفہ ریض ہللا ہ‬
‫(ماخذ ۔ عرص حاِض حدیث نبوی ےک آئینہ مںی۔ از مولان یوسف دلھیانوی رۡحۃہللا علیہ ص ‪ 46‬ات ‪)50‬‬
‫‪1.People will leave prayer.‬‬ ‫لوگ منازیں غارت کرےن لگںی‪ ،‬یعن منازوں َک اہامتم رخصت ہوجائے گا۔‬
‫‪2.People will take over deposits (trusts).‬‬ ‫امانت ضائع کرےن لگںی ےگ یعن جو امانت مںی خیانت کرےن لگںی ےگ۔‬
‫‪3.Interest will become common.‬‬ ‫سود کھاےن لگںی ےگ۔‬
‫‪4.Lying will become an Art.‬‬ ‫ھجوٹ کو حالل مسھجنے لگںی ےگ یعن ھجوٹ ایک فن اور ہرن بن‬
‫جائے گا۔‬
‫معمویل معمویل ابتوں پر خونریزی کریں گںی‪ ،‬ذرا ذرا یس ابت پر ‪5.There will be murders on the slightest of‬‬
‫‪disagreements.‬‬ ‫دورسے یک جان لںی گںی۔‬
‫‪6.There will be very tall buildings.‬‬ ‫اونچی اونچی عامرتںی بنائںی ےگ۔‬
‫‪7.People will sell religion for the world.‬‬ ‫دین بیچ کر دنیا مجع کریں ےگ۔‬
‫‪8.People will treat relatives badly.‬‬ ‫قطع رۡحی‪ ،‬یعن رش تہ داروں ےس بدسلویک ہوگی۔‬ ‫‪15‬‬
9.Justice will become a rarity
10.Lies will be considered truth
11.Clothes will be of silk
12.Cruelty will become common
13.Divorces will become common
14.Sudden deaths will increase.
15.The keeper of deposits will be called an ‫امانت دار کو خائن مسھجا جائے گا۔ یعن امانت دار پر تہمت لگایئ جائے گی‬
usurper of things given to him for safekeeping
16. Liars will be thought of as honest
17. Honest people will be thought of as liars
18. False allegations will become the norm.
19.It will be hot in spite of rain.
‫انصاف انایب ہو جائے گا۔‬
‫ھجوٹ سچ بن جائے گا۔‬
‫لباس ریشم َک پہنا جائے گا۔‬
‫ظل عام ہوجائے گا۔‬
‫طالقوں یک کرثت ہوگی۔‬
‫انگہاین موت عام ہوجائے گی۔ یعن اییس موت جس َک پےلہ ےس پتا نہںی‬
‫ہوگا۔‬
‫کہ یہ خیانیت ےہ۔‬
‫ھجوےٹ انسان کو سچا مسھجا جائے گا۔‬
‫سےچ انسان کو ھجوٹا مسھجا جائے گا۔‬
‫تہمت درازی عام ہوگی یعن لوگ دورسوں پر ھجویٹ تہمتںی لگائںی ےگ۔‬
‫ابرش ےک ابوجود گرمی ہوگی۔‬

20.Instead of wishing for children, people will pray ‫لوگ اولد یک خواھش کرےن ےک جبائے اولد ےس کراہت حمسوس‬
that they not have children. ‫کریں گںی یعن لوگ یہ دعا کرےن لگںی کہ اولد نہ ہو۔‬
21.People from bad backgrounds and with bad ‫مکےنیلوگ عیش و عرشت یک زندگی برس کریں ےگ۔‬
upbringing will live a life of luxury (material only).
22.Good people, when they try to practice, will ‫َشیفوں َک انک مںی دم ہوجائے گا َشیف لوگ َشافت‬
be cut off from the world. ‫ےل کر بٹیھںی گںی تو دنیا ےس کٹ جائںی ےگ۔‬
23.Lies will become a habit of the rulers and the ‫امی اور وزیر ھجوٹ ےک عادی بن جائںی ےگ۔‬
rich.
24.Previously good people will also usurp ‫امی خیانت کرےن لگںی ےگ۔‬
deposits (trusts).
25.Leaders will become persecutors. ‫رسدار ظل پیشہ ہوےگ۔‬
26.Ulema and Qaris will commit adultery. ‫عامل اور قاری بدکردار ہوں ےگ ۔‬

‫‪27.People will wear clothes of animal skin.‬‬ ‫لوگ جانوروں یک کھالوں ےک لباس پےنہ ےگ۔‬
‫لیکن ان ےک دل مردار ےس بھیی زایدہ بدبودار ہوں ےگ۔ ‪28.But their hearts will smell and will be dead.‬‬
‫‪29.And will be bitter.‬‬ ‫اور ایلوے ےس بھیی زایدہ کڑوے ہوں ےگ۔‬
‫‪30.Gold will become common.‬‬ ‫سوان عام ہوجائے گا‬
‫‪31.Demand for silver will increase.‬‬ ‫چاندی یک مانگ بڑھ جائے گی۔‬
‫‪32.Sin will increase.‬‬ ‫گناھ زایدہ ہو جائںی ےگ۔‬
‫‪33.Peace will become rare.‬‬ ‫امن ک ہو جائے گا۔‬
‫قرآن کرمی ےک نسخوں کو آراس تہ کیا جائے گا اور اس پر ‪34.Ayaats from the Quran will be decorated‬‬
‫‪and calligraphy will become.‬‬ ‫نقش و نگار بنائے جائںی ےگ۔‬
‫‪35.Mosques will be decorated.‬‬ ‫مسجدوں مںی نقش و نگار کئے جائے ےگ۔‬
‫‪36.And will have tall towers‬‬ ‫اونےچ اونےچ مینار بنںی ےگ۔‬
‫‪37.But hearts will be empty.‬‬ ‫لیکن دل ویران ہوےگ۔‬
‫‪18‬‬
‫‪38.Alcoholic drinks will be consumed.‬‬
‫‪39.Punishments ordered by the Shariah will be‬‬
‫‪revoked and will not longer be implemented.‬‬
‫‪40.Women will order their mother around.‬‬
‫جو لوگ ننگے پاوں‪ ،‬ننگے بدن ‪ ،‬غی مہذب ہوں ‪41.People who are with naked feet, naked bodies‬‬
‫‪and against religion will become kings.‬‬
‫‪42. Women will trade along with men.‬‬
‫‪43. Men will imitate women.‬‬
‫‪44. Women will imitate men.‬‬
‫َشابںی پیی جائںی گی۔‬
‫َشعی زساوں کو معطل کر دای جائے گا۔‬
‫لونڈی اےنپ آقا کو جنے گی یعن بییٹ ماں پر‬
‫حمکراین کرے گی۔‬
‫ےگ وہ ابدشاہ بن جائںی ےگ۔‬
‫جتارت مںی عورت مرد ےک ساتھ َشکت کرے گی۔‬
‫مرد عورتوں یک نقایل کریں ےگ۔ یعن مرد‬
‫عورتوں جیسا حلیہ بنائے ےگ‬
‫عورتںی مردوں یک نقایل کریں گی یعن عورتںی‬
‫مردوں جیسا حلیہ بنائںی گںی۔‬
‫‪19‬‬
45.People will swear by things other than Allah and ‫غی ہللا یک قسمںی کھایئ جائںی گی (کیونکہ قسم تو رصف‬
the Quran. ‫ہللا ای ہللا یک صفت یک کھاان جائز ےہ دورسی چزیوں یک‬
)‫قسم کھاان حرام ےہ۔‬
46.Even Muslims will be prepared to give false ‫مسلامن بھیی ھجویٹ گواہی دینے کو تیار ہو جائںی ےگ۔‬
testimony, without being incited to it.
47. Only people one knows will be greeted with the ‫رصف جان پہچان ےک لوگوں کو سالم کیا جائے گا۔(حالنکہ‬
salaam. )‫حضور(ﷺ) َک فرمان ےہ کہ ہر مسلامن کو سالم کرو‬
48.The knowledge of the Shariah will be used to earn ‫غی دین ےک لئے َشعی عل پڑھاای جائے گا یعن َشعی عل دین‬
worldly things. ‫ےک ےیل نہںی بلکہ دنیا ےک لئے پڑھا جائے گا۔‬
49.Acts which earn the Akhirah, will be used to earn ‫آخرت ےک َکم ےس دنیا کامیئ جائے گی۔‬
the world.
50.Assets belonging to the nation will be considered ‫مال غنمیت کو ذایت جاگی مسھج لیا جائے گا۔‬
and treated as personal treasures by the rulers. 20
51. Deposits will be considered ones personal asset.
52. Zakat will be considered as a penalty.
53. The lowest & the worst man in the nation will become
its leader.
54. People will not obey their fathers.
55. And will mistreat their mothers.
56. And will not hold back from harming their friends.
57. And will obey their wives.
58. And the voices of the men who commit adultery will be
raised in mosques.
59. Women who sing will be treated with great deference
and honour.
60. Instruments of music will be kept with great care.
61. Alcohol will be drunk on the highways.
‫امانت کو لوٹ َک مال مسھجا جائے گا۔‬
‫ز ہکوۃ کو جرمانہ مسھجاجائے گا۔‬
‫سب ےس رزیل آدمی قوم َک لیڈر اور قائد بن جائے گا۔‬
‫آدمی اےنپ ابپ یک انفرماین کرے گا۔‬
‫اور اپن ماں ےس بد سلویک کرے گا۔‬
‫دوست کو نقصان پہچاےن ےس گریز نہںی کریں ےگ۔‬
‫شوہر بیوی یک اطاعت کرے گا۔‬
‫بدَکروں یک آوازیں مسجدوں ےس بلند ہوں گی۔‬
‫گاین وایل عورتوں یک تعظی اور تکرمی یک جائے گی۔‬
‫گاےن جباےن اور موس یقی ےک آلت کو سنبھال کر رکھاجائے گا۔‬
‫رسراہ َشابںی پیی جائںی گی۔‬

62.People will be proud of their acts of persecution. ‫ظل کو خفر مسھجاجائے گا۔‬
63.Justice will be sold in the courts. ‫انصاف بکنے لگے گا یعن عدالتوں مںی انصاف فروخت ہوگا۔‬
64.The number of men in the police force will increase. ‫پولیس والوں یک کرثت ہوجائے گی۔‬
65.Instead of music, the Quran will be used to gain pleasure for ‫قرآن کرمی کو نغمہ رسایئ َک ذریعہ بناایجائے گا یعن موس یقی یک‬
its tune and style (qirat), not for what it preaches, its meaning or ‫ےل مںی تالوت یک جائے گی۔‬
for rewards in the Akhirah.
66.Animal fur will be used. ‫درندوں یک کھال ےک موزے بنائے جائںی ےگ۔‬
67.The last of the Ummah will curse those before them (clearly ‫امت ےک آخری لوگ اےنپ ےس پےلہ لوگوں پر لعن تعن کریں‬
seen today in people who call the Prophet’s companion’s names). ‫ےگ یعن تنقید کریں ےگ۔‬
68.Either Allah will send a Red Storm upon you. ‫رسخ آندھیاں مت پر ہللا یک طرف ےس آئںی گی۔‬
69.Or Earthquakes. ‫زلزےل آئںی ےگ۔‬
70.Or your faces will be changed. ‫لوگوں یک صورتںی بدل جائںی گی۔‬
71.Or a rain of rocks from the skies. ‫آسامن ےس پتھر برسںی ےگ۔ ای‬
72.Or any torment will come. ‫ہللا یک طرف ےس کویئ عذاب آجائے گا۔‬
