2.3 Open valve for actual product filling and leak test connection join
2.4 Operate inlet valve and Outlet Valve for pycnometer skid and close by pass valve and
close bypass valve for Densitometer Metering.
2.5 Fill actual product against pycnometer about 5 minute and temperature reading
Temp. (Tp) and pressure (Pp) record in form.
2.6 Snapshot printout from flow computer and temperature reading Temp. (Tm) unit
in oC, Pressure (Pp) uint in Psi and Flowing Density (Kg/m3) or observed Density
(Kg/m3)
2.7 Open bypass valve and close Inlet and outlet valve
2.8 Disconnect pycnometer without from skid and pycnometer cleaning before weighing
Electronic balance span mode by standard weight. (Class “S” Calibration Weights)

2.9 Put pycnometer on electronic balance (High Resolution).

2.10 Reading weight (Wf) (Pycnometer + Actual product) and record in calibration form.
2.11 Calculation mass of product which calculate from total weight (Wf) after exclude
weight of pycnometer (Wo)
2.12 Calculate density meter of fluid ; DMF

Form formulla ; DMF = Mass value calculation from pycnometer

Mass valule calculation form density meter

2.13 Repeat action in 2.4 - 2.12 within 2 time (3 good consecutive runs) for calculate
repeatability (If case repeatability > 0.05% must be check other condition again)
Form formulla ;
%Repeatability = {( Maximum DMF/Minimum DMF ) – 1 } x 100

2.14 Calculate average value ; DMF and key in flow computer on density function
density correction factor for correcte value observed density.
