Processing
First, cut the squash into two and remove the seeds. Blanch all the squash
for 5 to 10 minutes.
Then turn the squash into puree by using a blender.
Flattened the puree in a parchment sheet to prevent them from sticking.
Dehydrate or dry the squash puree in oven at 140 degrees F(60 degree C)
until it turns crispy.
In a blender o food processor, put the dry squash and turn into powder.
