(Labour Rate for Grey Structure)

FOR CONSTRUCTION OF PLOT NO. 1-D,

STREET NO. BOULEVARD-2, SECTOR-B, PHASE III,
DHA, ISLAMABAD.

Covered area (approx.) : 450000.00 sft

(Parking 1,2,3, L.G.F, G.F + 14th Floor + Mumties)
Covered area average rate : 650.00 per sqft
(without Plumbing & Electrical works) (rates are without Tax)

The total work regarding main building (area of plot 46886.00 sft) work will be
completed by the Contractor as per drawings.

Including:-
• P.C.C. (foundations, floorings), R.C.C. works (shuttering, steel binding,
pouring) columns, beams, slabs, lift case, ramp, share wall, stair case,
lintels, raft, R.C.C. retaining walls, U.G. tank, septic tank, O/H water tank,
other related tanks, parapet walls, brick/block masonry work, single plaster
(walls & columns), door frames (will be installed during brick masonry or
plaster work).
• For all R.C.C. works steel (pipes plus ply) shuttering will be used.
• The measurement will be measured from shade to shade.
• Ducts or openings will not be deducted.
• Providing the services of the watchman, water & electricity (bills) shall be
the provided by the owner.
• (All project ready-made concrete will be ready-made except columns)
Ready-made concrete and all relevant charges i.e. batching plant and pump
will be paid by the owner.
• Concrete for columns will be done by gear mixer machine as specially
advised by the Architect.
• Tower crane with operator shall be provided on site by the owner.
• Mobilization advance according to Rs. 650.00 per sqft, will be 10%, the
deduction of 10% will be stage wise.
• Payments will be made in form of cheque.
• Completion Time Period:- 36 months (6 months Grace Period), it is humbly
requested all material & payments shall be provided in time so that there
must be no delay in work.
