    A shooting occurred in front of Mintal Elementary School in Mintal Tugbok, Davao City on February 14, 2024 around 5:00pm. The victim, 20-year old Maurico Aquero Poblacion, a student at the University of Mindanao, was shot four times by an unidentified gunman on a blue Honda Beat 110 motorcycle. Maurico was rushed to SPMC Medical Center but was declared dead upon arrival. The motive for the shooting is unknown and the investigation is ongoing.

    1.About February 14 2024 around 5:00pm , a Shooting incident transfired in front of Mintal Elementary
    School located in mintal tugbok davao city.The victim was identified one of the Maurico aquero
    poblacion 20 years old ,single , student of University of mindanao college davao city.

    2.initial investigation revealed that the victim was walking along the ntional highway ,when alone
    unientified gun man aboard a honda beat 110 , color blue of unknown plate number suddenly stopped
    and shot the victim four times in the body .The unidentified the suspect fled northward towards
    jurisdiction.

    3.The victim Maurico aquero Poblacion who sustained multiple gunshot wounds was rushed to SPMC
    MEDICAL CENTER OF DAVAO but was declared dead upin arrival.

    4.The Motive behind the incident is still unknow.

    5.Progress report will follow.
