SUPERVISOR for Hiap Tong Crane & Transport Pte Ltd, with regards to all Lifting operations in
the company.

The appointee has been briefed on his role as LIFTING SUPERVISOR and will carry out his duties
to the best of his abilities and in accordance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act,
Factory Act and the company Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) and WSH
Management System.

reference to the WSH Regulations, Factory Act, WSH Management System and shall observe
and comply with all rules governing SHEQ Management in the company.
