I hereby certify that EVELYN D. DE RODA, a resident of Purok 1,

Baybay, Malalag, Davao del Sur is authorized by the Punong Barangay to cut
six (6) live “BULBULAN” trees and one (1) “GEMILINA” tree located at
Purok 1, Baybay , Malalag, Davao del Sur.

This is to certifies further that this office interposes no objection of

cutting the said live trees.

This certification is being issued upon the request of the above-named

person for opening of ROAD CONCRETING IN THE AMOUNT OF PHP
15,000,000.00 and for whatever legal purpose it may serve her best.
