‫اﻟ ﺎ اﻟ ﻧﻲ‪ ،‬وﻫﻲ‬ ‫ﺢ واﻻرﺗﻘﺎء‬ ‫واﻹﻋ اد اﻟ‬ ‫ﻪ ﻣ ﺧﻼل ﻣ ﻋﺔ ﻣ اﻻﺧ ﺎرات ﻫ ﻓﻬﺎ اﻟ‬ ‫اﻹﻧ ﺎن وﺷ‬
‫ﻣﻊ ﻣ ﻠ ﺎت ﺣ ﺎﺗﻪ اﻟ ﻣ ﺔ‬ ‫و ﻌﺎدﻩ ﻋ اﻷﻣ اض‪ ،‬وﺗ ﺎﻋ اﻟﻔ د ﻓﻲ اﻟ‬ ‫وﺗﻘ ﺔ أﺟﻬ ة اﻟ‬ ‫ﻛ ﻟ ﺧ ة ﻣﻬ ﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺗ‬
‫اﻟ ﺎد )‪ (2007‬إﻟﻰ أن ﻧ ﺎح اﻟﻔ د ﻓﻲ‬ ‫ﻣﻊ ﻣ ﻌﻪ‪ ،‬وﺗﻌ أﺳﺎس ﺑ ﺎء اﻟ ﻬﺎرات ﻓﻲ اﻟﻌ ﯾ ﻣ اﻷﻟﻌﺎب اﻟ ﺎﺿ ﺔ‪ ،‬و‬ ‫واﻟ‬
‫اﻟ ﻲ‪ ،‬وﻟﻬﺎ دور‬ ‫اﻟ ﺎ اﻟ ﻧﻲ ﯾ ﻗﻒ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻣ ﻼﻛﻪ ﻟﻌ ﺎﺻ اﻟﻠ ﺎﻗﺔ اﻟ ﻧ ﺔ ﺎﻟﻘ ة واﻟ ﻋﺔ واﻟ ﻞ واﻟ ﺷﺎﻗﺔ واﻟ وﻧﺔ واﻟ‬
‫ﺎﺳﻬﺎ وﺗ ﻬﺎ‪ ،‬و‬ ‫ﻣ ﻋﺔ ﻣ اﻟﻌ ﺎﺻ‬ ‫ﻛ ﻓﻲ زﺎدة اﻟ ﻔﺎءة اﻹﻧ ﺎﺟ ﺔ ﻟﻠﻔ د اﻟ ﺎرس ﻟﻠ ﺎ اﻟ ﺎﺿﻲ‪ ،‬وﺗ‬
‫اﻟ ر )‪ (2012‬وﻓ ﺣﺎت )‪ (2002‬وﻋﻼو ورﺿ ان )‪ (2000‬ﺄن ﻫ ﺎك ﻋ ﺎﺻ ﻣ ﺗ ﺔ ﺎﻟ ﺔ ﺗﻌ ف ﺄﻧﻬﺎ‪" :‬ﻣﻘ رة اﻟﻔ د‬

‫اﻟ ﺎﺿﻲ )‪ ،The American college of sport medicine, 2000 (ACSM‬ﻧ ت إﻟﻰ أن اﻟﻠ ﺎﻗﺔ اﻟ ﻧ ﺔ‬ ‫ﺔ اﻷﻣ ﺔ ﻟﻠ‬ ‫اﻟ‬
‫ﺗﻌ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻬ ﻞ اﻟﻌﺎم ﻟﻠ ‪ ،‬وﻻ ﺑ ﻣ أن ﻠ ﻞ إﻧ ﺎن ﺣ أدﻧﻰ ﻣ اﻟﻘ رات اﻟ ﻧ ﺔ ﻟ ﺎرﺳﺔ ﺣ ﺎﺗﻪ اﻟ ﻣ ﺔ‪.‬‬

‫ﺗ ﺎج إﻟﻰ اﻫ ﺎم وﺗ ﺟ ﻪ ورﺷﺎد اﻟ ﻌﻠ ‪ ،‬إذ ﻌ اﻟ ﺎ اﻟ ﻲ ﻣ اﻟﻌ اﻣﻞ اﻟ ﻌ زة ﻟ ﺔ وﻧ اﻟ ﻔﻞ ﻓﻲ ﻣ ﺣﻠﺔ اﻟ ﻔ ﻟﺔ‬

‫ﻧ ﺔ ﻻﻛ ﺎب اﻷ ﻔﺎل‬ ‫ﻣ‬ ‫اﻟ ﺎﺣ ﺎن أن اﻟﻘ رات اﻟ ﺔ ﻟ اﻷ ﻔﺎل ﻣ )‪ (9-7‬ﺳ ات ﻓﻲ ﺗ‬ ‫اﻟﻠ ﺎﻗﺔ اﻟ ﻧ ﺔ‪ ،‬و‬

Assessment of Physical Fitness and Body Mass Index (BMI)


among (6-9) Years in Jerash City

ABSTRACT

This Study aimed the assessment of fitness test and body mass index (BMI) among (6-9) years in
Jerash schools, The researchers used the descriptive methodology on a sample of (1114) students from
Al-Nasseem district schools, so,(8) schools were chosen randomly out of (17) schools. The students
were distributed into (401)males, and (713) females, and the study included the measures of Munich
physical fitness test.
The data were treated using (SPSS). The findings showed with the standards of Munich fitness test
battery that there is a shortness in power, endurance, and coordination ability, and a natural level of
accuracy and flexibility for both males and females among the age of(6). Also, the findings for the age
of (7) showed shortness in coordination and muscular power while flexibility was normal for males,
and shortness for females also, the findings of accuracy and muscular endurance were in normal for
both males and females but at age of (8) the findings revealed a natural level among males in all tests
except the muscular power to test which was in shortness level, while females were in shortness level
in coordination, flexibility and muscular power tests and normal in accuracy and muscular endurance
test, for the age of (9) .The findings revealed normal levels among both males and females in all tests
findings except the flexibility test which revealed shortness level for females.
Also, the results of anthropometric measurements according to the American National Center for
Health Statistics showed that there was an increase in weight and body mass index (BMI) among all
age groups (6-9) years except the measure of hight which showed normal level in findings.
