Some years ago, I was lucky enough to watch one of the best films ever made: The Theory of
Everything.

It is a 2013 film based on real events, due to the fact that it is Steven Hawkins’s biography. The story
concerns about both the scientist’s personal and professional live. He is well known because of his
universe discoveries and theories; particularly about black holes, but the plot focuses specially on his
illness, what some years ago occasioned his death.

I was pleasantly surprised about his illness development and how it affected every single area of his
life, it could be considered that this aspect was the one I learnt the most about.

Likewise, it reaches a climax when his medical condition had made a significant progress, on this
point the performance of the main character, played by Eddie Redmayne, can be highlighted.

Regarding Steven Hawkins’ contribution; the movie helped me to learn about his achievements and
courage, showing his motivation to explain the world without letting his circumstances to limit his
dreams.

All in all, makes me consider that it is certainly at the top of the films I have ever seen. It is emotional
and shows a tough reality, it will change the way you see your limitations and you will learn to value
what you have.

I have no hesitation on recommending it, I wouldn’t give it a miss. I am highly convinced you will
thank me later!
