THE DOCUMENTARY THAT WILL MAKE YOU FEEL BETTER.

Some weeks ago I saw an exceptional documentary on TV about something that maybe people
should give more importance : how to control our feelings.

This fascinating documentary was televised on Discovery Max channel, and all the information
was given by a well-known Harvard’s psychologist : David Keating.

One of the strongest things about it, is the detailed and clear way this psychologist explains
everything, so it is really easy for anyone of us to understand what it is being told.

It was so interesting from start to nish , and some of the things I learned were that imagine the
situation that harms us in other people, can help us seeing that it is not as bad as we thought.

Another fact worth mentioning was that accepting our negative emotions is the rst step to start
feeling better.

All this tips and information make me feel that this documentary is not to be missed.

I am highly convinced that it could be really useful if you want to know how to control your
feelings and also, how to nd a solution for those emotional problems in order to become a
happier person.
