I have been asked to write this reference for Max Goodwin, who I have known since we worked

together in a travel agency. Unfortunately, it had to close down because of the pandemic.

I was the manager of his department, so I was aware of his work and capacity, something he can

be really proud of.

Without a doubt, Max could be described as hard-working, disciplined, empathic and enjoyable.

As far as I am concerned, he studied a degree in Protocol and Event Organization, what provides

an undeniable range of knowledge in the matter. Furthermore, he is capable of speaking different

languages fluently.

Regarding his work in the agency company, he was able to carry out his duties efficiently and

causing a great impression in the tourists.

I understand that Mr. Goodwin has applied for holiday representative, which I suppose involves

considerable responsibility, due to the fact that he has direct contact with the clients.
