WRITING (AN ESSAY):

“TEENAGERS ARE TOO YOUNG TO TEACH OTHER PEOPLE ABOUT ANYTHING”

We live in an age when many people, agree that teenagers are too young to teach
other people about anything.
It is often said that experience provides quite a lot of knowledge, but not because of
that young people are not capable to teach adults.

First of all, I strongly believe that it is not so much how old are you, but the relation
you have with the subject. For instance, when it comes to technology, almost
everybody agrees that teenagers are the ones who know the most.

Another point worth is how aware young people are to the environment, what has led
to the creation of a big number of campaigns in order to take care of the earth.

Last but not least, I consider that young citizens are more respectful in terms to
people’s diversity. They don’t really mind about the race or the sexual orientation,
something that has been very discriminated until the last decade.

Taking everything into consideration, my own view on the matter is that although
adults can teach us great things as a result of their life experience, they must also
listen carefully to teenager’s new ideas.
