PROJEC PROPOSAL

I. Name of Projects: ISKOLAR PROGRAM 2024

“College and Senior High School Student Financial Assistance”
II. Type of Project: Educational Development
III. Target Beneficiaries: 90 College and Senior High School Students
IV. Target Date: April 13, 2024
V. Implementing Office: SK COMMITTEE ON EDUCATION
VI. Rationale:
Republic act 10742 also known as “Sangguniang Kabataan reform act of
2015” indicates in Section 20 (c) that Sangguniang Kabataan Funds shall be
allocated in an annual budget, and if the funds allow, in a supplemental budget in
accordance with the adopted Annual Barangay Investment Program. Both the
Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan and Annual Barangay
Investment Program shall give priority to programs, projects and activities that
will promote and ensure the equitable access to quality education, environmental
protection, climate change adaptation, disaster risk reduction and resiliency,
youth employment and livelihood, health and anti-drug abuse, gender sensitivity,
sports development, and capability building which emphasizes leadership
training.

The Sangguniang Kabataan Committee on Education propose SK

Financial Support for educational assistance that is in lined with Annual Barangay
Youth Investment Plan (ABYIP) 2024 to augment solution to educational needs of
youth of Elises.

VII. Objective(s)
The objective of this project is to help students especially the economically
disadvantaged sector to have financial assistance to support their education in
face to face and online learning.

VIII. Eligibility/Beneficiaries
a) The student must be a resident of Barangay Col. Jose P. Elises;
 b) The student must be in SK age (15-30);
c) The student must be enrolled in school, colleges or university;
d) The student must have Certificate of Indigency from the Barangay;
e) Only 1 beneficiary per family.

IX. Requirements
a) Photo copy of registration form for the current semester (SY 2023-2024);
b) Photo copy of valid school ID.

X. Budgetary Requirement
Expenses to be incurred in this activity shall be charged against SK Funds of the
Barangay in the amount of ₱100,000.00
