A. OBJECTIVES
- Master the structure of English 6 and the sections in each unit.
- Know how to prepare for each section and practice through the skills and
activities.
B. TEACHING AIDS:
1. Teacher: Textbook, laptop, TV, board and chalks
2. Students: Textbooks, notebooks
C. PROCEDURE:
- Teacher reviews the previous knowledge students have learnt in Grade 5th
- Teacher elicits the content and structure of the textbook English 6
- Teacher introduces the curriculum and the program distribution
- Teacher guides students how to prepare for each section and how to self-study
- Teacher introduces different types of testing
- Teacher provides students with the sources for practicing English 6
- Students play a game called “lucky number” and answer questions about the
textbook, the curriculum, the testing items and self-study method
- Students work individually to do some exercises to review knowledge of
English 5 semester two
