1. Tujuan/Objective
Pembuatan Procedure Pengoperasian dan Perawatan Video jet untuk menjadi pegangan
bagi Operator Codding daam mengoperasikan mesin Video jet dan bagi Staff Department
ME dalam melakukan pengoperasian dan perawatan mesin Vidio Jet sehingga diperoleh
pengoperasian yang efektif, efisien, produktif dan lebih terjaminnya keselamatan kerja.
Preparation Procedure Operation and Maintenance Video jets to become a handle for the
operator operates the Codding daam Video jet engines and for the ME Department staff in
conducting the operation and maintenance Vidio Jet engine operation in order to obtain an
effective, efficient, more productive and ensuring safety.

2. Ruang Lingkup/Scope
Prosedur Pengoperasian dan Perawatan Video jet diterapkan bagi Staff Department ME
Lampung Plant dalam melakukan pengoperasian dan perawatan Mesin Video jet yang
berada di Plant Lampung.

3. Penanggung Jawab/Accountability
3.1 Seluruh staff ME sebagai teknisi.
The entire staff of ME as a technician.
3.2 Operator Codding sebagai pelaksana operator.
Coding operator as the executor of the operator.
3.3 Sebagai penanggung jawab pengawasan adalah Supervisor ME dan Supervisor
Canning.
As the party responsible for the supervision of the Supervisor and Supervisor Canning
ME.

4.1 Prosedur pengoperasian Mesin Video Jet

4.1 Video Jet Machine Operating Procedure

4.1.1 Video jet dioperasikan setelah dilakukan pengecekan (Check setting program,
Check Final Ink Filter, & Air Filter Regulator) dan pengisian formulir Pre-
Operasion Inspection oleh Staff ME Lampung Plant dengan hasil LOLOS
(Pass).
Video jets operated after checking (Check the settings of the program, Check
Ink Final Filter, Air Filter & Regulator) and form filling Operasion Pre-
Inspection by Staff ME Lampung Plant with the pass.
4.1.2 Video jet dengan hasil pengecekan pada formulir Video jet Machine Daily
Check List dengan hasil GAGAL (Fail), maka harus diberi tanda agar tidak
boleh dioperasikan atau dihentikan pengoperasiannya untuk dilakukan
perbaikan.
Video jets with the results of checks on the form Video Jet Machine Daily Check
List with the result FAIL (Fail), then it must be marked so that should not be
operated or discontinued operation to do repairs.
4.1.3 Operator codding harus segera melaporkan ke Department ME apabila timbul
hal yang membahayakan Keselamatan Kerja dari mesin Video jet.

Operators must immediately report to the coding ME Department if you

develop things that endanger Safety Video from jet engines.
4.1.4 Dilarang Mematikan Mesin Video jet secara langsung, tanpa memakai proses
auto flushing terlebih dahulu.
Prohibited Video Deadly jet engines directly, without using the auto flushing
first.
4.1.5 Mesin Video jet harus segera dimatikan apabila tidak dipakai lagi.
Video jet engine must be switched off when not in use anymore.
4.1.6 Mesin Video jet dioperasikan setiap hari, setiap ada proses berlangsung.
Video-jet engines are operated every day, every process.
4.1.7 Apabila ada perubahan setting program, operator codding harus melakukan
konfirmasi terlebih dahulu pada staff ME.
If there is a change program settings, coding operator must confirm in advance
the staff ME.

4.2 Prosedur Perawatan Video Jet

4.2.1. Penggantian baterai yang dilakukan oleh Staff ME dalam jangka waktu 10.000
Hours, beroperasi.
Replacement batteries are made by ME Staff within 10,000 Hours, operates.
4.2.2. Penggantian Final Ink Filter Bottle dilakukan oleh Staff ME dalam jangka
waktu 5000 Hours, beroperasi.
Final Filter Replacement Ink Bottle made by staff within the ME 5000 Hours,
operates.
4.2.3. Penggantian Make-up filter bottle dilakukan oleh Staff ME dalam jangka waktu
500 Hours, beroperasi.
Make-up replacement filter bottle made by staff within the ME 500 Hours,
operates.
4.2.4. Penggantian Ink Filter bottle dilakukan oleh Staff ME dalam jangka waktu 500
Hours, beroperasi.
Ink Replacement Filter bottle performed by staff within the ME 500 Hours,
operates.
4.2.5. Penggantian Vacuum filter bottle dilakukan oleh Staff ME dalam jangka waktu
500 Hours, beroperasi.
Vacuum bottle replacement filter made by staff within the ME 500 Hours,
operates.
4.2.6. Instalasi listrik dan kontrol harus dalam kondisi baik (Ready to Use).
Electrical installations and control must be in good condition (Ready to Use).
4.2.7. Level oli dalam gear box conveyor harus dalam level yang cukup.
Oil level in gear box conveyor must be in sufficient levels
4.2.8. Setiap melakukan maintenance diikuti dengan pengisian formulir service
record mesin.
Every perform maintenance service followed by filling out the record machine.
