SUBCONTRACT AGREEMENT
This Subcontract Agreement: Subcontract Agreement for 5D Bend Pipe Trimming Work (the
<Agreement=) made and entered into as of March 12th, 2024, (the <Effective Date=), by and between:
(a) KINE Project JO a corporation organized and existing under the laws of Indonesia (the
<Contractor=); and
(b) PT. Surya Sakti Sukses, corporations organized and existing under the laws of Indonesia (the
<Subcontractor=)
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the <Contractor= has made and entered into the Prime Contract with PT. LOTTE Chemical
Indonesia with respect to the Project; and
WHEREAS, the <Subcontractor= has submitted, and the <Contractor= has accepted, the Bid to perform
and maintain the Works forming part of the Project, upon the terms and subject to the conditions
mentioned below.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of the mutual covenants and agreements of
the parties herein expressed, the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. Definition
In this Agreement, except where the context otherwise requires, any words and expressions
shall have the same meanings as are respectively assigned to them in <Particular Terms and
Conditions= attached to this Agreement.
2. Summary of Project

(a) Name: LINE Project
(b) Location : Cilegon, Banten Province Indonesia
2) Effective Date: March 12th 2024 ~ April 30th 2024 (2 months)
3) Delivery Date: April 5th 2024

4. Contract Price
1) The Amount: 350,107,350 IDR [ Excluded PPN ]
2) The Contract Price shall be Fixed Price for Provisional Quantities and Fixed Unit Rate not
subject to any escalation.
5. Payment of Contract Price
1) Advanced Payment: 20% of Contract Price

2) Interim Payment: 77% of Contract Price
3) Retention Payment: 3% of Contract Price
6. Method of Payment
