Dear Sir/Madam,

We have seen your advertisement on social media, and we are quite interested with the various
tour and travel packages offered by your company.

We are part of the Bali State Polytechnic Accounting Student Association, we are planning a
comparative study which will be attended by 350 of our students. We would like to go for 5 days
4 nights, from 3th until 7th of March 2024. We are keen to explore the beautiful destinations and
cultural richness that Java has to offer. There are several destinations that we want to visit,
including:

1. Surabaya (PT. Campina Ice Cream Industry Tbk, Unilever Indonesia)

2. Malang (Jatim Park I, Alun-Alun Kota Malang, Universitas Brawijaya)
3. Jawa Tengah (ATV Tour Explore Borobudur, Kota Lama Semarang, Politeknik
Negeri Semarang)
4. Yogyakarta (Malioboro, Keraton Yogyakarta, Universitas Gadjah Mada)

For this activity we would like to use bus and ship transportation for departure, then for the
return trip we will use a plane. We also require 4 star hotel accommodation during this trip.

We are going be exceptionally cheerful and appreciate you in case your company can send us
your proposed holiday package brochures and itinerary, including details of costs such as
transportation, accommodation, attraction tickets and any additional services you may need. The
same goes for our cancellation and refund policies in the event of a problem. In addition, if there
are special promotions, discounts, or seasonal offers available at this time, I would be grateful if
you can provide details about them.
