Job Purpose Role purpose

Production Pharmacist is responsible for providing and Ensuring the
efficient management and control of the Production Operation.
Production, coordinates and controls production activities. Implements
production plan/targets according to cGMP. Supervises employees engage
in manufacturing process and dispenses batches according to BMRs

The scope of the job includes working in all Dosage Form Section
including Processing, Bulk Products and Finished Products.
Role Responsibilities
 To prepare the monthly and weekly production plans in coordination
with Manager and precede the batches according to these production
plans in respective section.

 To strictly follow the guidelines and job instructions mentioned in

manufacturing procedures and SOPs of every product.

 To maintain the record of every manufacturing and other process-

related activities in their BMFs as well as in other log books.

 To ensure that the labeling procedure is properly done on each and

every container/equipment.

 To ensure that products are properly sealed, stored, labeled, and

preserved in their containers after the completion of their ending
activities.

 To ensure the cleanliness of the area as well as equipment before and

after the completion of work.

Job Requirements
Essential skills:

 Pharm. D either fresh or experience.

 Previous experience of Pharmaceutical Production is a plus
 Exposure and hands-on different roles at different manufacturing
disciplines is a definite plus
 Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
English fluency essential
 Professional computer and MS-Office skills

Essential attributes:

 High mental effort is required.

 Requires a lot of high physical effort for monitoring various
processing operations and for trouble shooting activities.
 Requires a lot of visual efforts to accomplish documentation and
other routine paper works.
 Open to new challenges include meeting the deadlines and
targets, ensuring the quality and consistency of the products,
complying with the regulations and audits, and dealing with any
unexpected issues or changes in the production process.
 Willing to new opportunities include learning new skills and
technologies, contributing to the development and innovation of
new products, and advancing to senior or managerial positions.
