Location: Candidate will spend most of the time in our headquarters in Melsungen
(Germany).
Accompaniment during visits to hospitals / dialysis centers is possible, domestic and
international travel may be required on occasion

Planned Tasks & Activities: ▪ You will support the rollout of our digital solutions (e. g. NEXADIA®,
OnlineSuiteplus) deployed by our technical service.
▪ You will analyze service data and service tickets in order to support our products
and support processes.
▪ You will collaborate proactively with our editorial team in the creation of technical
documents (e. g. user manuals, newsletters).
▪ You will assist the rollout of local complaint processings.
