I am Kul Bahadur Blon and I have recently completed my certificate III in Individual Support
(Ageing and Disability Care) from StudyWise College. I completed my three-week work
placement in Cocoon SDA Homes, Treeby, WA. The three weeks of workplace training have
given me lots of practical experiences and knowledge to work in the industry. I have learnt
new skills and gained skill sets that would help me to excel in the industry as a support and
disability worker. The job elevates my job satisfaction in a positive way and can foresee my
career working with people who have high needs. It is so exciting to see clients progress and
achieve their goals and objectives as per their specific care plans. In addition I have more
than decades of experience in driving all sorts of vehicles with C-type unrestricted Australian
Driving License, which will help me in providing help to take the clients around for shopping
and recreational purposes.
I am looking for employment around Western Australia.

the dignity and respect that they deserve.
● I will always be accountable to use my observation skills to note any changes to the
Clients that I am supporting, and report immediately.

new graduate, I still have many things to learn.

organisation.
● I will always use correct manual handling principles.
● I will do my best to always be observant of any hazards to protect myself and my
clients from injury.

redirection and kind words when providing support
