JUNIOR HIGH EDUCATION POLICY


Policies are principles, rules, and guidelines formulated or adopted by an
organization to reach its long term goals. They are designed to influence and
determine all major decisions and actions, and all activities take place within
the boundaries set by them. The important of policy according to the law; that
protect the institution, it’s the right thing to do; ensure that persons with
disabilities communicate, usability benefits everyone. They are standing plans
formulated to guide and direct the future course of activity. They clarify and
crystallize the real values and intention of top management. The facilitate
delegation of authority among the various managerial levels.
A policy is a set also of rules or guidelines for our organization and
employees to follow in or to achieve compliane. Rules are spicific statements
that inform what must and must not be done. A procedure is the instructions
on how a policy is followed. The k to 12 basic education program uses a
standards and competency-based grading system. All grades will be based on
the weighted raw score of the learner’s summative assessments. On a simpler
scale, policies and procedures are essential because they help get things done.
They call for structure and direction, imploring processes to move smoothly
and highlighting areas for improvement. To perform their functions and
responsibilities efficiently and successfully, the policies must be prepared
executives beforehand. Well considered and balanced personnel policies are the
base of sound manpower management.they bring uniformity in personnel
decisions, proper control and coordination among workers. These are essential
for perfect running of the organisation. The objective and positive personnel
management especially in junior high school policy is possible only when
management or the administration prepares personnel policies.
