1. SISTEM PEMILIHAN RAKAN SEBILIK BAGI PELAJAR LALUAN KHAS


ROOMMATE SELECTION SYSTEM FOR SPECIAL ROUTE STUDENTS

1.1 Login E-Community pelajar / Log in student E-Community

1.2 Klik Roomate Selection pada tab sebelah kiri E-Community / Please click the “Roomate
Selection” menu on the left-side tab of your E-Community.
1.3 Pelajar membuat pengesahan untuk menginap di Residen Pelajar bagi Sesi 2023/2024
Students make attestation to reside in the residential college for the academic session
2023/2024

a) Pelajar wajib membuat pengesahan untuk bersetuju menginap ATAU tidak bersetuju
menginap di Residen Pelajar bagi Sesi 2023/2024 / Students are compulsary to
make the attestation whether agree or disagree to reside in the residential college.

b) Tekan butang ‘Save’ untuk menyimpan data / Click “Save” button to stire the data.

1.4 Pelajar membuat permohonan asrama / Students apply the residential college
a) Pelajar klik Hostel Application / Click “Hostel Application”
b) Pelajar klik Roomate Application / Click “Roommate Application”
c) Pelajar perlu bersetuju “Term and Condition” / Student must agree the T&C
d) Klik next / Click “next”

e) Pelajar memilih Kampus (Gambang atau Pekan). Pelajar perlu memilih kampus yang
tepat dimana pelajar akan menetap pada sesi akan datang. Sebarang pertukaran
kampus selepas permohonan asrama dibuat, tidak akan dilayan.

You must select the right campus where the location you will be in the next academic
session. Any request to change the campus location after application completed /
submitted, will not be entertained.
f) Pelajar Memilih Jenis Bilik - Bilik Seorang (RP DHUAM sahaja), Bilik Berdua (kampus
Gambang & Pekan) dan Bilik Berempat (Kampus Gambang & DHUAM). Hanya bilik
yang ada kekosongan sahaja akan muncul pada skrin
Students must also select types of rooms. Single room (RP DHUAM only), Double
Room (All campuses) and quadruple room (Gambang & DHUAM only). Only
available rooms will appear on the list.

g) Pelajar mengisi maklumat berkaitan kesihatan. Sila tuliskan masalah kesihatan (jika
berkaitan). / Please fill your health information (if any)
h) Klik ‘next’ / Click “next”
i) Pelajar Memilih rakan sebilik / Please select your roommate(s)
- Pelajar membuat ‘confirmation’ agree untuk diri sendiri sebelum membuat
pemilihan rakan sebilik. / You must make confirmation agree for yourself first
before making the roommate(s) selection
- Pelajar ‘search’ rakan sebilik / Search your roommate(s)

- Pelajar ‘add’ rakan sebilik / Please add roommate(s)

j) Rakan sebilik membuat pengesahan ‘bersetuju atau menolak’ penawaran rakan


sebilik. / Your roommates must make confirmation whether to agree or not with your
selection.
- Pelajar login E-Community / Log in UMP e-Community
- Klik ‘room selection’ / Please click “room selection”
- Pelajar membuat pengesahan untuk menginap di Residen Pelajar bagi Sesi
2023/2024 / students are compulsary to make confirmation to reside in which
residential college they will be in academic session 2023/2024.
- Pelajar wajib membuat pengesahan pada skrin ‘Attestation’ untuk bersetuju
menginap ATAU tidak bersetuju menginap di Residen Pelajar bagi Sesi
2023/2024. Pelajar yang memilih bersetuju untuk tinggal di RP sahaja perlu
membuat pemilihan rakan sebilik. / Students are compulsary to make
confirmation on the “Attestation” screen whether to agree or not residing the
residential college. Only students who are agree to reside may proceed with the
rommates selection.
- Tekan butang ‘Save’ untuk menyimpan data. / Click button “Save”

- Pelajar klik Hostel Application>confirmation

- Pelajar membuat ‘confirmation’ dengan menekan butang ‘agree’ atau ‘disagree’.


Sekiranya pelajar tidak bersetuju, pelajar boleh memilih pelajar lain.
- Pelajar klik ‘save’
- Permohonan rakan sebilik telah berjaya dimasukkan. / The application of
roommate selection is succesfully

k) Pengesahan pemohon
- Login E-Community
- Klik ‘roomate selection’
- Hostel Application
- Confirmation
- Klik Save
- Klik list of roommate>submit application

- Status bertukar kepada Submit / the status turns to Submit


- Pelajar boleh cetak permohonan untuk rujukan. / Students are encouraged to
print out as record.
2. PERMOHONAN RAYUAN / Residence Appeal

2.1 Pelajar Login ke E-Community / Please log in E-Community

2.2 Klik Student Residence Appeal / Please click on Student Residence Appeal
2.3 Klik apply

2.4 Pilih Tempoh Penginapan (1 semester atau 2 semester) / Please select the total of
semester(s)
2.5 Sila pilih justifikasi permohonan rayuan / Please state the justification of appeal
2.6 Masukkan alamat rumah sewa semasa (jika sedang menyewa) / Please fill your current
adress (rent house)
2.7 Remark: Sila masukkan maklumat lengkap permohonan rayuan / Please fill the appeal
information completely
2.8 Pelajar klik ‘Declaration’ bersetuju dengan Polisi Yuran Asrama Tanpa Pemulangan /
Please click the declaration button as you agreed with the no refund policy.
2.9 Simpan / Click save

2.10 Dokumen sokongan seperti surat akuan doktor dari hospital kerajaan / pengesahan
penerima zakat / atau apa-apa dokumen sokongan perlu dihantar ke Pejabat Residen
Pelajar.

You may attach supporting documents like medical report from government hospital,
Zakat receiver verification letter / or any documents that you think suitable to attach with
the application, submit to Residential College Office.
